With the continuous deepening of education reform,the advancement of education informatization and new ideas have challenged the headmaster's leadership.This has prompted the headmaster to continuously develop its informatization leadership ability,which in turn has led to the development of informatization throughout the school.Therefore,to investigate and analyze and evaluate the status quo and problems of principals' informatization leadership in the basic education section of Ningxia,and to put forward development strategies in a targeted manner.This is a subject worthy of study.This research first uses the literature survey method to sort out a large amount of literature and constructs the informationization leadership framework of the principals ofNingxia primary school,including information-based decision-making and planning capabilities,information-based environmental construction capabilities,information literacy,information-based execution capabilities,and information-based evaluation capabilities.And the six dimensions of information-based instructional ability.Secondly,questionnaires,interviews,and other methods were used to investigate the problems of the informatization leadership of the primary and secondary school principals in Ningxia from the six dimensions.The performance of the principal's evaluation plan was relatively weak;the principal's informatization of the school The special fund plan is not reasonable,and the investment in hardware and software is not balanced;the principals are not skilled in using information tools to carry out management work;the overall level of the principal's informatization execution capacity needs to be improved;and the principal's ability to assess school information development has not reached a high level;The insufficiency of teachers'informatization guidance indirectly affects the overall development of school informatization.And further analysis of the reasons for these problems:the lack of funds and improper allocation of school information construction;the lack of awareness of the principal's own informatization,lack of informatization skills;lack of information in the leadership team function;lack of active support ofthe principal's informatization work,etc.In view of the above reasons,the strategy of enhancing the informatization leadership of the school principals ofNingxia was put forward:strong support mechanisms for fund investment were established to ensure the smooth development of school informatization;the information consciousness of principals was strengthened;and "three capabilities"——planning capabilities and management were promoted.Ability and execution ability;Strengthen team management of school informatization,improve the overall informationization leadership of the school;Strengthen guidance and support for teachers' informatization professional development,Promote the overall level of school informationization;Improve the assessment system of principals,Informatization The leadership level is included in the assessment criteria.
