In July 2015,the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Innovation Plan for the Construction System of Ideological and Political Theory in Colleges and Universities",which clearly states:"Adhere to the combination of ideological and political theory and professional courses,pay attention to the educational function of all courses,all teachers’ educational responsibilities."
