Chinese institutions of higher learning are important bases for the country to train talents,and under the guidance of the goal of establishing morality and cultivating talents,shouldering the important task of Training Socialist Constructors and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor for the cause of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.This requires that the educated in colleges and universities should not only have rich knowledge and scientific thinking,but also have high moral character and good cultivation.The basic task of education is to establish morality and cultivate people.At present,there are different degrees of professional education and ideological and political education out of touch,unable to form a joint education,play the role of the curriculum education.Therefore,after Shanghai put forward and carried out experiments in universities,middle schools and primary schools with fruitful results,all the major universities across the country have also devoted themselves to the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,the aim is to fully explore the educational elements and functions of ideological and Political Education contained in other courses in colleges and universities,to guide values in classroom teaching,and to promote the organic unity of ideological and political theory courses and other courses.In May 2020,following the issuance by the Ministry of Education of the guiding outline for the ideological and political construction of university courses,in July of the same year,the Shaanxi Department of Education also issued the work plan for the overall promotion of the ideological and political construction of university courses,to make detailed plans for the ideological and political construction of courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province should combine their own unique characteristics in running schools,follow the laws of education,cognition and growth to carry out the concrete construction of ideological and political education.This article mainly through three parts of content,carries on the research to the Shaanxi University carries on the curriculum ideological and political construction the situation and the effect.First of all,it is clear that the ideological and political construction of the curriculum belongs to an innovative idea of recessive ideological and political education.At the same time,Historical logic,educational mechanism and political construction of the curriculum are sorted out,which lays a solid foundation for the study of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum.Secondly,on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of ideological and political construction of the curriculum in Shaanxi colleges and universities,and combining with the information obtained from the official websites of the Education Department of Shaanxi Province,the official websites of colleges and universities and interviews with teachers,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation,it is found that the atmosphere of ideological and political construction of courses is becoming stronger and stronger in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,but there are still some problems such as some colleges and universities have not formed the joint force of educating people,Teachers ’ ability of educating people need to be improved,and students ’ evaluation of ideological and political effect of courses is not high.Finally,explore and expand the Shaanxi colleges and universities to promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum practice path.At the level of ideas,we should strengthen the idea of educating people and make clear the main body of responsibility for the ideological and political construction of the curriculum;at the level of mechanism,we should bring together all the educational forces of schools,departments and teachers to establish a cooperative and linkage mechanism together;at the level of systems,in order to carry out the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,we should do well the material,organization,management,encouragement and punishment system,and at the evaluation level,we should take the evaluation principle,the evaluation object and the evaluation index as the breakthrough point to carry out the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political construction of the curriculum.Through multi-dimensional exploration,the normalization of ideological and political education will be promoted,and the innovation and development of ideological and political education will be further promoted.
