The high kindergarten’s turnover rate will make the excellent teachers loss. It will lead to huge losses in kindergarten that the teaching quality can not be guaranteed. Therefore, It is in urgent need of research how to create a good teaching environment for teachers, to stimulate their potential, effective control of teachers’ expectation gap, to improve the social status of preschool teachers, and to retain good teachers for kindergarten management layer.This study took the sample of 6 kindergartens in Changsha area and Yichun area to investigate the association of pre entry expectations, organizational commitment and turnover intention by correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference test. Besides that, application of turnover model analyzed the pre entering expectations, organizational commitment variables private preschool teachers’ turnover intention and turnover intention influence, combined with the preschool teacher’s seniority, age and other demographic variables properties of pre entering expectations, organizational commitment variables to test differences. The results show that the teachers of private kindergarten have the greatest gap in job expectation, including compensation, internal motivation, social status.and this study also found that the commitment of the teachers in the organization commitment of the kindergarten teachers significantly influences the turnover intention of the teachers.. This study also found that the commitment of the early childhood teachers in the commitment to significantly affect the turnover intention of teachers.The results show that: 1) different categories of personal property area of preschool teachers and different organization, commitment and part of the organization and pre entry expectations on the dimension of certain factors have significant differences; 2) pre entry expectations factors "expectations" led to the possibility of leaving the largest private preschool teachers; entry expectations and organizational commitment have significant correlation between all aspects. 3) the ability to explain organizational commitment factors a "continuous commitment" strongest work organizational commitment; three factors and entry expectations factors(expected salary, internal incentive) gap value, prediction, there are very significant to the kindergarten turnover intention explaining ability. 4) turnover thought on turnover intention have significant prediction and interpretation ability(R2 =29.3%);On future research suggestions for the relevant variables: there are many factors that influence the turnover of private preschool teachers. This study only selected pre entering expectations, organizational commitment and personal attributes analysis as objects. There are not too many other variables taken into account. It can increase sample size and analysis of research variables.
