Normal university students,as a preparatory team of future teachers,their educational technology ability is a powerful tool to ensure them to adapt to informationized teaching.At present,the course Modern Educational Technology offered by colleges and universities is an important means to improve the educational technology ability of normal university students.However,there are some problems in the course of Modern Educational Technology,such as the incompatibility between teaching content and normal majors,the lack of students’ participation in class and interest in learning.The concept of outcomesbased education advocates highlighting the display of learning results and attaching importance to the cultivation of problem-solving ability.Based on this,the effective combination of outcomes-based education concept and project-based learning becomes one of the ways to explore and solve the curriculum problems of Modern Educational Technology.This study adopts the research paradigm of design-based research,based on the course Modern Educational Technology,and selects 80 normal university students majoring in chemistry education of our university as the research objects.This research mainly includes the following two aspects:One is to construct the project-based learning teaching model based on output orientation.By analyzing the literature content of outcomes-based education,project-based learning and Modern Educational Technology,and referring to the existing teaching model,this paper constructs an outcomes-based education project-based learning teaching model,which is mainly divided into three stages: expected learning results,realized learning results and evaluated learning results.Second,according to the outcomes-based education project-based learning teaching model,two rounds of iterative research are carried out on the relevant contents in the course of Modern Educational Technology.The first round of teaching research is a preliminary exploration of the teaching mode.The teaching content of the interactive electronic whiteboard teaching system of the second special topic is selected,and the teaching design is carried out according to the teaching mode.The teaching effect is evaluated and analyzed through the observation of teaching activities and the evaluation of project works.The second round of teaching research is the improvement and perfection of teaching.It selects the multimedia courseware of special topic five to make teaching content,evaluates and analyzes the teaching effect of the outcomes-based education project-based learning teaching mode through the methods of observation of teaching activities,evaluation of project works,questionnaire survey of students and so on.The research results show that it can effectively solve the following three problems: the combination of course content and subject knowledge,the improvement of course teaching effect,and the increase of students’ learning interest.According to the implementation of the teaching situation,the modification and improvement of the outcomes-based education project-based learning teaching model can provide practical reference for the subsequent teaching of Modern Educational Technology.
