Research background:In recent years,due to the strong support of the state for sports,whether it is school sports,competitive sports,military sports,urban sports or rural sports have developed by leaps and bounds.Of course,competitive sports have attracted the highest attention and are the most popular.In competitive sports each project,the project is one of the very has ornamental degree program,and this project in the major international competitions in recent years has been achieved excellent results,then the domestic competitive sports have also been strong concerns,engaged in the project,athletes,coaches and sports scientific research workers is also growing.The long jump,as a periodic fast strength event combining running and jumping,is a competitive sport with relatively complex links and high technical requirements,which consists of running,taking off,airborne and landing.During the completion of the long jump,It not only requires the athletes to have the fast power ability of the upper and lower limbs and the core area of waist and abdomen to cooperate with each other at the same time,but also has strict requirements on the complete extension of the take-off leg,the track of the upper limb movement and the body posture at the moment of taking off.Long jump is a very explosive sports,good jumping ability and running ability need athlete’s fast strength quality as the support,therefore,according to the unique requirements of the long jump,fast strength is one of the long jump athletes should focus on the development of quality.Research objectives:According to the characteristics of core strength training and rapid expansion compound training,this paper refines and integrates them,trying to find an efficient and reasonable combination training method.By looking at 8weeks after training system of group C+P(core strength training+rapid expansion composite training),CT(core strength training),PT group(rapid expansion composite training)three sets of long jump athletes in the reaction fast effect of related parameters of power,and combined with the long jump special achievement test to test the differences in training effect,Therefore,it is verified that C+P combination training is better than single core strength training or rapid expansion compound training,and the combination training of these two training method is expected to provide more theoretical reference for the selection of training programs in the long jump in the future.Research methods:In this paper,18 male long jump athletes from Shangdong Institute of Physical Education were taken as experimental subjects by means of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The subjects were divided into three groups by random distribution: The C+P group was the experimental group,CT group and PT group were the control group.The experimental group and the control group were treated with experiment intervention for 10 weeks at the same time(the fist week was the test before the experiment,the10 th week was the test after the experiment,and the formal training was 8 weeks in total).The indexes related to fast strength and long jump were tested twice before and after the experiment.Finally,SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the test data.Research conclusion:(1)With the same training time,the training of CT group,PT group and C+P group all improved the fast strength quality of long jumpers to different degrees,and the training effect of C+P group had a more comprehensive influence on the fast strength quality of long jumpers.(2)Under the condition of early strength resistance training and long jump technique training,the training of CT group,PT group and C+P group can all improve the special performance of long jump athletes,but the effect of C+P combination training is the best compared with CT training and PT training,followed by rapid stretching compound training and core strength training.It can be concluded that the effect of C+P combination training is better than of single rapid stretching compound training and even better than that of single core strength training.
