Judo project was formed in the early 20 th century and gradually carried out in the 1950 s.With the increase of people’s attention,judo competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the competitive ability of judo athletes is put forward higher requirements.Judo athletes need to have good strength quality in order to give full play to their competitive ability,so strength quality should be highly valued in training.Children and young judo athletes are the reserve strength for the development of judo in our country.According to the growth and development characteristics of children and young,strength training should be focused on improving fast strength.Therefore,this paper intends to adopt core area strength training and design a set of core area strength training methods that match the special and physical qualities of juvenile judo athletes,in order to prove the influence of core area strength training on improving the rapid strength of juvenile judo athletes and enrich the strength training methods of judo athletes.In this paper,16 judo athletes(10 boys and 6 girls)of Chaoyang Sports School were taken as experimental subjects,the experimental group was trained by core area strength,the control group was trained by conventional waist and abdomen strength,The training time and training load of the two groups were consistent.After 8 weeks of mid-term and 12 weeks of mid-late experimental training,the pretest,mid-test,post-test as well as the two groups of experimental in-test,an d the following conclusions were drawn:1.It has been proved through experiments that core area strength training and conventional waist and abdomen strength training have a significant improvement effect on the development of judo lifting speed,but in the middle and late stages of the experiment,the improvement effect of core area strength training is not obvious.Therefore,it can be concluded that the practice of specific technical movements on the unstable plane may not help to improve the speed and power of specific technical movements.2.The improvement effect of core strength training on the development of the one-shoulder throw movement and the speed of the inner thigh movement is more significant than that of the conventional waist and abdomen strength training.Therefore,it can be concluded that core area strength training can enhance the stability of the human body in the process of movement effectively transfer the strength to the opponent,so that the technical movements can effectively transfer the strength to the opponent,so that the technical movements can be completed faster and more powerful.At the same time,through the practice of similar and technical movement structure,Angle,direction consistent movement,can make the upper and lower limbs and trunk coordination,power more smooth.3.Core area strength training and regular waist and abdomen strength training have significant effects on the development of juvenile judo athletes’ explosive power with both hands on shoulder,but there is no significant difference in the training effect between the two training methods.Therefore,it can be concluded that the two training methods have certain help to the improvement of explosive power.
