Plyometrics is an effective way to speed development, integration will speed and strengthtogether cleverly. Plyometrics, with previous Plyometric training is different, it has asimilarity with plyometrics, namely by centrifugation-shrink to the heart, in the shortestpossible time for the muscle to reach maximum strength exercises is by far the explosivedevelopment, improve muscle reaction speed, improve the training level and athletic ability ofthe important concepts and methods. For jumping, weightlifting, throwing the project in termsof more effective. The rapid expansion of composite training method is simple and obviouseffect, the majority of coaches and athletes alike.In this thesis, literature, expert interviews, SPSS statistical methods and experimental researchmethods, using barbell, jumping, medicine balls, elastic bands and BTE explosive exercisesand other equipment, according to the operation mode and training methods designed, byeight weeks of training and three tests to obtain kinematic indicators required for the study,the findings show that:1. Rapid expansion of training complex stimuli under different loads on the jumping abilityand the ability to quickly move significantly affected (P <0.05), but the relevant indicatorsbefore and after the test test test test Ⅰ and Ⅱ group jumping ability, fast-moving ability,showing different difference.2. Using a large load strength of rapid expansion complex than the medium load strengthtraining on jumping ability to enhance the effect is better, but rapid expansion of thecomposite medium load strength training than non-training intervention training better thanthe control group.3. Large load strength training with respect to the rapid expansion of composite medium loadfast moving ability to enhance strength is better, and rapid expansion moderate load strengthtraining complex stimuli than non-intervention training is good training effect in the controlgroup.4. Rapid expansion of training complex stimuli under different loads there are significantdifferences in the test results of FMS. Which, under heavy load strength has improvedsignificantly stimulate the squat, Hurdles, trunk stability pushups3; under moderate loadintensity stimulation is better: shoulder flexibility, active straight leg two knee.5. Rapid expansion of training complex stimuli under different load tests do not exist for BTEexplosive differences, mainly in the design of the experimental program, focus only on theheight and speed of design far not been trained on the ground instantaneous effect design.This research not only reveals the Plyometrics training degree of influence on the ability tomove fast and jumping ability, but also found that the ability to effectively improve thefast-moving and jumping ability of specific methods and means for the majority of our young athletes and sports enthusiasts scientific prevention campaign damage occurs, effectivelyimprove the ability to move fast and jumping ability to provide new ideas and methods ofguidance.
