In the 21 st century is based on knowledge,information,technology,innovation as the power of knowledge economy era,Era of knowledge economy,talent cultivation mode of economic development concept and the direction of education reform has had a profound impact,entrepreneurship education is mentioned under the background.In innovation-driven development strategy,promoting economic efficiency upgrade,promote the comprehensive reform of higher education,to promote college graduates under the background of higher quality business employment,college students' entrepreneurship received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life,and encourage college students to boost entrepreneurship,innovation and encourage entrepreneurship to achieve innovation,and promote economic development has become the consensus of the government and the society.How to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,to cultivate innovative talents to satisfy the needs of the revolution in economic and social development has become the current and future a period to promote higher education is an important content of comprehensive reform.The evaluation of education,as an indispensable part in the process of teaching,has a great significance to evaluate the innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.Through reading and sorting out a large number of literature on the evaluation of innovative entrepreneurship education,it is found that there are more top-down evaluation studies on innovative entrepreneurship education in universities,teachers,students,etc.However,the research on the evaluation of the whole process of innovative entrepreneurship education based on students' perspective is rare.The paper thinks that students are the recipient of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,whose evaluation of innovative entrepreneurship education directly reflects the current practical demands on the innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper attempts to establish a relatively scientific evaluation index system of innovative entrepreneurship education process based on the perspective of students by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The evaluation criteria of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities will be quantified from the perspective of students and the weight of each evaluation index will be determined so as to understand the most important factors students value in the evaluation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)the students think the following factors more important: the management of innovative entrepreneurship education,the innovation of entrepreneurship education teachers,the innovation of entrepreneurship education curriculum,the innovation of entrepreneurial practice activities,the innovation of entrepreneurial platform,the evaluation of the vocational education environment,the incentive mechanism and the feedback mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education.And the evaluation of the feedback mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education is the most important,while the evaluation of the school level is less important.(2)among the sub-evaluation indicators of all the above aspects,the students think that the tracking of the teaching is the most important,while the management at the school level is less important;other evaluation indexes,such as practice of innovative entrepreneurship,innovative channel of entrepreneurial feedback demand,construction of evaluation mechanism of entrepreneurship education,opportunity of cooperative work between school and enterprise,innovation of teaching method of entrepreneurship teachers,the construction of new entrepreneurial information platform,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship competition,the construction of innovative incubator base,the innovation of entrepreneurship course teaching method and the training of innovative entrepreneurship teachers are all very important,and the proportion of index is more than 3%.Therefore,the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should focus on the construction of all aspects of school management,teachers,curriculum,practical activities,innovative entrepreneurial platform,innovative entrepreneurial education environment,incentive mechanism,feedback mechanism,and so on.And meanwhile,it should emphasize the track management of the teaching situation of innovative entrepreneurship education,actively carry out the training practice and competition of innovation and entrepreneurship,and establish channels of feedback demand for innovative entrepreneurship and scientific systematic valuating mechanism,strive for more job opportunities for students to cooperate with schools and enterprises,improve the teaching methods of innovative entrepreneurship courses,and focus on training teachers of innovative entrepreneurship education and enhance the construction of innovation information platform and innovation incubating base,etc.
