With the improvement of living standards,people are becoming more aware of the importance of education,especially the early education of 0-3 years old infants and young children has attracted the attention of countries all over the world.The scattered early education institutions undoubtedly do not prove the popularization of the idea of early education for children aged 0-3.Early education is conducive to promoting the healthy development of the brain of infants and young children as early as the 15 th century in Europe.The Chinese government also emphasized in the document issued in 2021 that “emphasis on early childhood education for 0-3 years old”.This is not only an opportunity for early education institutions to flourish,but also a test of the professional level of early education teachers.High-quality education is inseparable from teachers as an important medium.Teacher professional growth is the core of contemporary teacher education.Based on this,the author starts research.This research uses a narrative study of the professional growth of an early education teacher in an early education institution in Anshan City,and clearly shows the teacher’s professional growth process in the form of a story.Collect data by interviewing researchers at the teacher’s early education institution,observing classroom activities,reading teaching logs,etc.,and sort out and analyze them in detail to explore the factors behind their professional growth.And then summarize the internal and external factors that promote the professional growth of Z teachers:internal factors are mainly: correct role positioning,positive self-reflection spirit and firm educational beliefs;external factors are mainly: important others,garden culture and social guidance.Looking at the current development status of early education teachers in my country,combined with the professional growth of teacher Z,the author puts forward suggestions to promote the professional growth of early education teachers.At the individual level: correct positioning of their professional roles;consciously improve self-reflection awareness;actively establish their own educational ideals.Garden level: a garden atmosphere that respects teachers and values ??education;effective and correct guidance;team building for cooperative learning.At the social level: establish relevant policies to improve the professionalization of early education teachers;attach importance to early education and expand the staff of early education teachers;strengthen market supervision and maintain the high-quality development of early education teachers.
