Objectives: Military and sports integration is a new way of cooperation and exploration that has attracted much attention in recent years.This study introduces the modern competitive sports physical training method into our military physical training,analyzes whether the modern physical training method has an impact on the military physical fitness,explores the changes of physical fitness index before and after training of special combat members of the armed police,hoping to provide a new way for the scientific physical training of the soldiers,and lay a solid foundation for the actual training of the soldiers.Methods: 50 special combat team members of a certain armed police unit were selected as the experimental objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(26 people)and the control group(24 people),the physical training system of 8 weeks(5 days / week)was carried out.The experimental group adopted modern competitive sports physical training methods and the control group adopted traditional and daily physical training methods of troops,there are five common physical examination subjects in the army,including pull-ups,sit-ups,30m×2 serpentine run,3000 m run,400 m obstacle run,and functional movement screening(FMS)were collected before and after the experiment,and analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results:(1)In terms of experimental group,there were significant differences(P<0.01)in the index of pull-ups,sit-ups,30m×2 serpentine run,3000 m run,400 m obstacle run,and functional movement screening(FMS),indicating that the training effect of the experimental group is very obvious.(2)In terms of control group,the significant differences(P<0.01)manifest in the index of pull-ups,sit-ups,3000 m run,and 400 m obstacle run(P<0.01).However,there was no obvious difference in the index of serpentine run and FMS indicators(P>0.05),indicating that the control group has also been improved to a certain extent.(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences in the index of sit-ups(P<0.01),pull-up,3000 m run,400 m obstacle run and FMS(P<0.05)between two groups,it shows that the training program of the experimental group is better than that of the control group in increasing the performance of these indicators.Conclusion:(1)To a certain extent,traditional physical training methods can improve the level of military physical ability,but modern physical training methods can improve the performance of pull-up,sit ups,3000 meter run and 400 meter obstacle run more effectively.Modern physical training methods have stronger pertinence and effectiveness.(2)Modern physical training methods can improve the score of FMS test,which shows that modern physical training methods can improve the movement mode of soldiers,enhance training efficiency,and help reduce the risk of training injury.(3)Modern physical training and army traditional physical training can not be completely separated,they complement each other,suggesting that the design of military physical training methods should pay attention to the characteristics of military physical training and actual combat needs.
