Research purpose:Military physical fitness is an important support for soldiers’ combat effectiveness to keep pace with the times.With the vigorous development of the new military revolution in the world,military sports training has been paid more and more attention.Military physical fitness assessment is the most basic way to test soldiers’ physical status and combat skills.Military physical fitness training can integrate soldiers’ physical fitness,skills,intelligence and other different types of qualities into the actual ability on the battlefield.Therefore,improving military physical fitness assessment results and reducing training injuries are of great significance to improve the comprehensive combat effectiveness.The main purpose of this paper is to improve the passing rate of military physical fitness assessment and reduce training injuries.According to the existing practical conditions of an air force in the central theater,a functional training program is formulated according to local conditions,and its effect is verified by experiments.In order to reduce the incidence of training injury,improve the existing military physical training method system,and provide theoretical reference for improving the scientific level of military physical training.Research methods:This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,investigation,measurement,empirical research,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Taking the influence of functional training on military physical fitness assessment results as the research object,and with the main purpose of improving the passing rate of military physical fitness assessment and reducing training injuries,60 officers and soldiers of a certain unit in the central war zone were trained in functional military physical fitness for a total of 12 weeks.Main research results:(1)Build functional training programs for participating officers and soldiers.According to the actual situation of the army,the eight training principles were formulated.The 12 week training was divided into three middle cycles: the middle cycle of basic motor function development,the middle cycle of general motor function development and the middle cycle of special motor function development.The training methods on movement preparation,strength,speed,endurance,coordination sensitivity,recovery and regeneration were formulated.(2)Results of investigation on the present situation of physical fitness training of participating officers and soldiers.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the military physical fitness training,such as unbalanced development of physical quality of officers and soldiers,single training means,repeated training contents,imperfect training facilities,and frequent training injuries.(3)Results of functional training experiment.Through training,the FMS scores of the officers and soldiers were significantly improved in six movements and the total scores(P;There was no significant change in the body shape of the officers and soldiers(P > 0.05).Although the performance of snake running was improved,it was not obvious(P > 0.05).The test results of other subjects were significantly improved(P < 0.05),especially in the improvement of special subjects.(4)Military physical fitness assessment results.The army has achieved 95% of the standard rate in the annual military physical fitness test,and achieved the expected goal,indicating that functional physical fitness training has a positive impact on improving the examination results.Research conclusion:(1)Through the investigation,it is found that there are still some problems in the military physical fitness training,such as the lack of professional group training talents,the training method system to be optimized,the physical fitness training equipment to be improved,the relative lack of professional knowledge education,and the weak awareness of sports protection and recovery.However,the army has paid attention to and began to improve.(2)The functional training program designed in this study has a good training effect on improving the physical functional exercise level of officers and soldiers,and helps to reduce the incidence of training injuries.(3)The functional training designed in this study has a low impact on the reaction speed and body shape of officers and soldiers,and can significantly improve other physical qualities.It can improve the military physical fitness test results,especially the results of special subjects.(4)The functional training program designed in this study improves the passing rate of the annual assessment of the army,achieves the set goals,and verifies the effectiveness of the training program.
