Research purposes: this study aims to explore the different training methods of different training stage and the load comparative study of physical training for military logistics personnel,discuss the research on the effects of military logistics staff physical examination project.Research methods: this study selected 2015 academic year 2015 students at the China academy of logistics command as experimental object,for eight weeks of the training of the two cycles,each cycle take a different training methods with the load.The first cycle load was 50% ~ 70%,and the second period training load was 70% ~ 90%.Body shape,3000-meter run,push-ups,sit-ups four indicators for test indicators,and statistical each test result,transverse and longitudinal comparison research.Results: in the first stage of the study,80 students in the experimental group were trained to have a low strength load of 50% ~ 70%.Push-ups and sit-ups also improve,but relatively low.In the second phase of training with 70% ~ 90% load strength,the project of 3,000 meters running,push-ups,and sit-ups improved.The push-ups project reached a 100% target rate.All of the projects were above 90%.Non-laboratory participants were below the test participants in the same training period.In particular,in the 3,000-meter run,the participants were more than 12 percentage points higher than non-participants.The experimental group was significantly better overall.Conclusion:(1)the students of logistics colleges can greatly improve the effectiveness of training after introducing the theory of sports training.(2)logistics colleges need to bring in more physical fitness trainers related to physical training,so that training can be seen,more scientific,and more effective.(3)the use of heart rate monitoring training in training is simple and effective.(4)use different training methods and methods in training to improve the performance of training.(5)logistics college students 3000-meter run,relative to other project or the main factors to limit its success rate,the experimental students,after introducing the intermittent training method improvement,students' endurance level is higher than other traditional students.
