With the increasing needs of people for a better life,education and training industry,as an important part of the service industry,plays a vital role in the development of China’s economy.China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan stipulates that it will support and standardize the development of private education,regulate off-campus training institutions,and give full play to the advantages of online education,we will improve the system of lifelong learning and build a learning society.In today’s increasingly developed Internet,network technology has promoted great changes in various industries,the rapid rise of online education and training,coupled with the sudden emergence of COVID-19,has hindered the traditional offline teaching scene.These factors make it more urgent for traditional education and training institutions to break the original business model and innovate.The OMO mode,which breaks the boundary between online and offline and realizes the two-way deep integration,has gradually become the mainstream trend in the education industry.Q Company,as a traditional education and training institution,is facing the dilemma of blocked development.Whether OMO mode is suitable for Q Company and what kind of business model implementation scheme can help Q Company achieve development is the focus of this paper.In this paper,Q Company is selected as the analysis object,and the application status of OMO mode in the field of education and training is analyzed from the theoretical background and research status.Then the analysis method of macro environment and enterprise internal value chain is used to draw the conclusion that OMO model is suitable for enterprise development.And use the business model canvas model to comb the business model of Q company in detail.From the nine elements of the model,it is analyzed that the current business model of the enterprise has problems such as lack of teaching platform,lack of integrated products,lack of customer relationship management,few marketing channels and so on.After clarifying the transformation positioning of Q Company’s online-offline integration and the development goal of becoming a modern national education and training institution,the author uses the business model canvas theory to innovate the business model of Q Company by combining the OMO model in the three sections of operation,customer and finance respectively.Therefore,it is concluded that Q Company needs to adopt the dual-teacher classroom teaching mode according to the company environment,and constantly follow up the innovation of products integrated with online and offline,so as to create a combination of different products;The standardization of teaching and research is the main task and the localization of teaching is the secondary task.To achieve the whole process of recruitment marketing lessons,unblocked the channels of recruitment,optimize the student service system to achieve digital management and other countermeasures.Finally,the content can provide advice to other companies,especially education and training institutions. |
