| The application of information technology in the field of education has brought about the innovation of educational ideas.This makes the teaching and training of colleges and enterprises present a personalized trend.Among them,virtual simulation teaching meets the requirements of open education,helps learners to carry out inquiry learning and practical learning,and provides new power for improving the quality of teaching and training.At present,the biggest challenge in the practical application of simulation teaching is that it is difficult to achieve the unity of "knowledge" and "action" of learners.Although simulation teaching platform can provide rich practical situations,most of them cannot ensure that learners can effectively master the corresponding knowledge in the teaching objectives while carrying out simulation practice.To solve this problem,the virtual simulation teaching platform needs to be continuously adjusted and improved in the process of application,so that it has the ability to quickly respond to different teaching objectives and learners’ knowledge needs,that is,to realize the "Agile Operation".In this regard,this paper proposes a theoretical framework of agile operation based on theory of Collaborative Networks,and explores the method level of agile operation of virtual simulation teaching platform from two aspects of content construction and interactive feedback.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Cognitive process analysis of virtual simulation teaching based on Constructivism: combined with the main cognitive characteristics of learners in the simulation environment,this study analyzes the knowledge construction process of learners in the simulation teaching environment based on constructivism theory,and summarizes the main tasks and needs of platform operation by taking enterprise operation simulation teaching platform as an example.(2)Agile operation framework for virtual simulation teaching platform: Based on the theory of Collaborative Networks,this paper summarizes the basic concepts and main characteristics of agile operation,proposes a three-tier framework of agile operation,and discusses its usability in the operation of simulation teaching platform.(3)Content construction of virtual simulation teaching platform: Aiming at the two-step cognitive process of learners in the simulation teaching platform,this study designs the method of knowledge content construction of simulation teaching,and based on the actual business data of a clothing retail enterprise,uses the existing business simulation components to build the business practice rules.This part of the work completed the method construction from the resource layer to the operation layer in the agile operation framework and solved the problems of poor reusability and high cost of secondary development of the existing simulation teaching platform.(4)Agile interaction in virtual simulation teaching platform: in this study,the behavior tree model is applied to model the learners’ simulation learning behavior.Based on the real-time collected behavior data and past behavior data,the practical performance of learners at different simulation decision points is analyzed,and the realtime reminder and afterwards feedback are provided for learners according to the analysis results.This part of the work realizes the agile interaction between the operation layer and the activity layer in the agile operation framework and makes the virtual simulation teaching platform have the ability to provide personalized knowledge services according to the actual needs of learners. |
