With the 24 th Winter Olympics settled in Beijing,driven by "Internet +",the domestic sports industry is booming,and the Internet sports platform is becoming the next trillion-dollar industry outlet.At the same time,many types of Internet sports platforms have emerged in China.Users can book tickets for offline venues,book coaches,and register for online sports training through the Internet platform.However,the entire Internet sports industry still has a single content service.Serious online and offline derailment,low user activity,lack of profit models,and many other problems.This thesis takes the "China Snow Support" platform as the research object,researches the platform’s operation and management strategy,combines the domestic and foreign ice and snow sports and the development status of the cultural tourism industry,and focuses on the slow development of users caused by the financial constraints faced by the platform’s initial operation.O2 O offline cooperation services are not complete,fail to effectively guide users to convert low frequencies to high frequencies.Based on the value chain theory,this article adopts the operation management mode of cross-industry value chain sharing cooperation through the value chain analysis method,and realizes the rapid development of enterprises.In the operation management process,the platform will openly share its basic value chain platform technology,publicity channels,customer systems,payment systems and other basic activities with offline cooperation channels,and will include supporting activities such as infrastructure,technical capabilities,and human resources.Equity cooperation in traditional media,resolved the contradiction between capital and user development;signed strategic service cooperation with cross-industry service providers in the external value chain,perfected the platform O2 O offline service system and scale;established relationships with governments,associations and consumers In order to avoid the seasonal impact of snow and ice sports,the platform promoted the close activities and built a mutually-shared shared value system.The platform has participated in thematic activities such as participating in Finland ’s Tia Ski Marathon,Wanda Indoor Ski Summer Camp,Harbin International Marathon,Motorcycle Festival,and Goddess Yoga Festival Reached 450 million people’s attention activities,effectively achieved high-frequency user participation,had a huge impact on the platform’s value creation,and greatly enhanced the platform’s brand cultural value and social influence.Up to now,the platform users have increased from 30,000 to 950,000 in the initial period,and more than 200 ski resorts including Yabuli,Wanlong,Songhua Lake,and Altai have been signed to join the cooperation,and won the Golden Snowflake Award "Most Popular Ski Brand" Awards "and three other awards,as well as the 3rd WSTOPS Winter Sports Award" Industry Outstanding New Media"and other awards.Through the research and analysis of this thesis,it is hoped to serve as a reference for innovative operating strategies and management ideas to help China’s "Internet +" sports and ice and snow tourism industry flourish.
