The Internet is flourishing in China,the development of China’s game industry is also changing with each passing day.The market scale and user scale are expanding year by year,which promotes the development of China’ s economy and enriches the people’s spiritual life.It has become an important part of digital entertainment culture and an important force of the Internet.The game industry is constantly updated and iterated,the user demand is constantly changing,and the game industry policy is becoming more and more strict and standardized.The game R&D team is facing the changing internal and external environment,and the competition is unprecedented fierce.If the R&D team wants to be invincible in the market,it needs to constantly innovate and have strong competitiveness.The achievements of R&D employee directly affect the competitiveness of the whole game R&D team,and R&D employee are the core competitiveness of the game R&D team.In this way,the performance man agement of R&D employee is very important,and the game R&D teams are paying more and more attention to the performance management of R&D employee.The performance management of R&D employee has always been a hot topic for discussion.Game R&D is a combination of science and art.Due to its own characteristics and particularity of work,the performance management of R&D employee in the game industry is even more difficult.In the Internet plus era,frontier technology and new things are constantly emerging;external economy,politics and culture are constantly changing;R & D team development stage and strategic objectives are constantly adjusted;staff’s knowledge,skills and capabilities are constantly updated;and the collision brought by multiple information leads to the performance management of game R & D team is facing challenges.The formulation of performance plan,performance counseling and communication,performance appraisal and evaluation,performance feedback and improvement,application of performance appraisal results,wide range of work,frequent work interaction,complex work process and huge amount of work information,what should the performance management of game R&D team go?This paper studies the performance management of a R&D team,understands the current situation of the performance management of a R&D team,finds out the problems and causes of the performance management of a R&D team through questionnaire survey,field interview,quantitative and qualitative analysis,combines the relevant theories of performance management at home and abroad with the actual situation of performance management of a R&D team,finds out the improvement scheme,and puts forward the implementation plan of improvement scheme Implement safeguard measures.It provides a theoretical basis for the performance management of a R&D team,which is of far-reaching significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of a R&D team and V company,and also provides information for other similar R&D teams.
