Since the beginning of this century,China’s private education has developed rapidly,and the preschool education stage,as an important stage for the growth and development of children,has made parents pay more and more attention.Harbin Oriental Golden Tower Education Group is a professional education chain institution that integrates the research,development and training of preschool children’s potential and has international education characteristics.Facing the huge development potential of the preschool education market,Oriental Gold Tower Education Group has established a modern marketing concept and strive n to build a new humanized and personalized teaching model.Through the chain franchise operation in the province,it has rapidly developed into a provincial education group.Therefore,establishing a modern marketing concept and adopting a practical marketing strategy are of great significance to Harbin Oriental Golden Tower Education Group,and also put forward the basic ideas of preschool education to participate in market competition.2019 is the closing year of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the year before and after the implementation of the "Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)".The national education system fully implements the spirit of the 18 th National Congress of the Party and the 3rd,4th,and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,thoroughly studies and implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches,firmly establishes new development concepts,and proactively adap ts to the new normal of economic development.Comprehensively deepen the comprehensive reform,comprehensively promote the management of education in accordance with the law,focus on promoting education equity,focus on improving the quality of education,focus on adjusting the structure of education,speed up the modernization of education,and bring education reform and development to a new level.According to statistics,there will be 223,700 kindergartens in the country in 2019,an increase of 13,800 o ver the previous year,and 2008.85 million children will be enrolled,an increase of 217,700 over the previous year.The number of children in the park(including additional classes)was 42.843 million,an increase of 2.411 million from the previous year.The number of kindergarten principals and teachers was 2.3303 million,an increase of 222.8thousand over the previous year.The gross enrollment rate of preschool education reached 75.0%,an increase of 4.5 percentage points from the previous year.This means that whether it is a public kindergarten or a private kindergarten,if they want to survive and develop,they must think about how they can stand out in the fierce market competition.After graduating from this article,the author has been engaged in preschool admissions marketing of Oriental Gold Tower Education Group.Therefore,after briefly introducing the basic situation of Harbin Oriental Gold Tower Education Group,he applied marketing-related theories and discussed Harbin Oriental Gold Tower.Education Group’s marketing status and existing problems,the case study and analysis of its marketing strategy,the article through the literature research method,case study method,investigation research method,field study method,combined with the learned marketing theory,analysis and analysis The optimization of marketing strategy,finally,expounded the implementation and guarantee of marketing strategy.
