Preschool education is a general guide to the conservation and education of children aged 0-6.In our education system,preschool education refers to the conservation and education of children aged 3-6.Firstly,the implementation of comprehensive development education for young children is the basic function and primary task of preschool education.Secondly,children are fully prepared to enter primary school and lay a good foundation for lifelong learning and development of children.The formation of a person's main character mainly depends on preschool education before the age of 6,so the strength of the development of preschool education directly affects the rise and fall of a nation.From a long-term perspective,looking at the education of a country,we can see the future development of this country.With the liberalization of the national “second child” policy,China's preschool education market will face unprecedented opportunities for development.The development direction of preschool education will surely bring about competition and integration of various preschool education institutions.This paper takes Changchun Sunshine Education Institute as the research object,analyzes the market status and development of Changchun preschool education market and the characteristics of the industry.Through the analysis of the current situation of Changchun preschool education market,it discusses the current marketing strategy and analyzes the organization.The existing problems put forward new ideas and new methods for the marketing mix strategy of Changchun SunshineEducation Institute,and developed a set of feasible marketing strategies and implementation guarantees to help the breakthrough of the development bottleneck of Changchun Sunshine Education Organization.Dislocated in educational institutions.The research results show that the main characteristics of the current consumer demand in the preschool education market in Changchun are as follows:(1)smooth transition to primary school curriculum content;(2)develop good study habits before enrollment;(3)people can not lose at the starting line.(4)Professional teacher team;(5)Warm and creative environment.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes the consumption needs of parents,and uses services as a platform,with courses as props,communication as a bridge,through meaningful parent-child activities,creating a learning and living environment that consumers like,and opening a variety of flexible The marketing channel provides the service price of different target groups,establishes the brand image of preschool education in Changchun City,clarifies the core competitiveness,and provides effective implementation guarantee for the marketing strategy of Changchun Sunshine Preschool Education Organization.Therefore,this paper develops a set of marketing strategies suitable for the development needs of the institution through the analysis of the marketing strategy of Changchun Sunshine Education Organization.At the same time,it provides reference for the formulation of marketing strategies of other similar education and training institutions,and enriches the preschool education institutions.Marketing strategy also has certain theoretical and practical significance.
