Abstract/Summary:
With the opening of the second child,the country has increased its support for K12 education,coupled with the awakening of parental education awareness,and the rigid demand characteristics of the extracurricular training market,K12 education has entered a period of vigorous development.In view of the shortcomings of the product and the ignorance of the education and training business and management,many investors are more willing to hire K12 professional managers to operate and manage the company.Professional managers are a new term in China,and K12 education is also a new field.Start-up companies are crossing the river by feeling the stones,and there is an urgent need for some research directions.Investors are more concerned about interests,and the education industry is related to the future of the country,related to the vital interests of parents and students,and involves ethics.Therefore,while meeting the interests of investors,it should also take into account the needs of moral conscience.K12 professional managers need product support to build an education system.Parents and students need high-quality educational resources to pay for teaching products that are beneficial to their own development.This thrsis takes the analysis of the dilemma of justice and profit faced by K12start-ups in the course of operating the enterprise and how to get out of the dilemma as a clue.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction to analyze the background,significance,research content,key and difficult points,and research methods of the selected topic;the second part explains related concepts and theoretical foundations;the third part is from the perspective of the balance of justice and benefit Observe the current situation and problem analysis of the management of K12 start-ups(ant faction);the fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems of the management of start-ups from the perspective of the balance of justice and profit;the fifth part and the sixth part observes from the perspective of the balance of justice The management problems existing in the operation of K12 start-ups are discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions are given from multiple perspectives such as management system,cultural construction,system construction,and organizational mechanism.
