Research On The Construction And Reform Of High Level Football Teams In Universities In Shandong Province

At present,there are four universities in Shandong Province recruiting and cultivating high-level football players.The four universities are Shandong University,Jinan University,Qingdao University,and Qingdao University of Science and Technology.This study uses it as a research object,using literature data methods and expert interviews.Laws,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods were used to investigate and analyze the research.It was found that the current high-level football teams in colleges and universities in Shandong Province are:the quality of students is not consistent with the quality of students,affecting the scientific deployment of sports team personnel;more prominent academic contradictions.Influencing the overall status of the sports team and team stability;inadequate funding guarantees affect the sustainable development of the sports team;coaching coaching levels and management capabilities have affected the longevity of the sports team's competitive ability;lack of logistical security system mechanisms.Affected the rapid development of the sports team construction.The conclusions reached through analysis are:excellent student quality is the fundamental guarantee for the team to achieve excellent results;resolving the contradiction between school and training is the key factor for the stability and sustainable development of the team;the sources of unimpeded funds are an important support for the healthy development of the sports team.The overall improvement of the coach's level of ability is the primary condition for improving the athletic ability of the sports team;perfect logistic management is the prerequisite guarantee for the long-term and stable development of the sports team.In response to the problems existing in high-level football teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province,corresponding measures have been proposed:improving the management system,building an“integrated”student source guarantee system,and continuously improving the quality of students;advocating the integration of teaching and learning,standardizing the competition mechanism,and gradually Solve the contradictions in learning and training;introduce social forces,expand funding channels,and constantly increase funding guarantees;reform the evaluation system,attract social resources,and strengthen the construction of coaches;improve conditional protection,attach importance to medical supervision,and continuously raise the level of science.
