The "Martial Arts on Campus" activity aimed at promoting the physical and mental health of young people and popularizing Chinese martial arts and promoting traditional national culture was issued by the General Office of the State Sports General Administration in August 2010 on the implementation and promotion of the "National Series of Martial Arts Aerobics for Primary and Secondary Schools" Under the call of the notice,a nationwide physical education activity was launched.The "National Series of Martial Arts Aerobics in Primary and Secondary Schools" has laid a policy guarantee and support for martial arts activities on campus.All in all,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Wushu’s own cultural value should not be underestimated.From the perspective of acceptance,Chinese martial arts are easily recognized by the accepting group.In addition,Chinese martial arts is undoubtedly a branch of Chinese traditional culture,which contains and highlights the ancient colors of Chinese culture.In other words,as a component of Chinese traditional culture,martial arts are comprehensively and widely popularized,on the one hand,traditional culture can be better inherited and continued,and on the other hand,it is also in response to the call of the national policy to enhance the nation’s primary and secondary school students.Physical fitness provides a strong guarantee.This article uses literature collection method,comparison method,questionnaire and other methods.Through a large number of literature materials related to "wushu enters the campus",we visited and investigated the Zhaolin Primary School,Wenhua Primary School,Experimental Primary School,and the First Primary School of Dengta City.,Dengta Five Star Primary School,Liaoyang Yulin Primary School,Liaoyang Central Primary School,Liaoyang Moke Private Primary School,Dengta Tongerpu Primary School,Dengta Liuhe Primary School.On the basis of collecting and consulting related papers under the guidance of the instructor,a questionnaire for the above-mentioned school leaders,teachers and students was developed.Then on this basis,10 school leaders,30 physical education teachers,and 700 students from these 10 primary schools were investigated and analyzed.The research results show that school leaders do not pay enough attention,the level of professional skills of school teachers is low,the teachers are insufficient,and the school infrastructure construction is difficult to meet the needs of students,the school organizes fewer related activities,parents’ cognitive bias,and the promotion of martial arts itself.The above-mentioned factors,such as the insufficiency of wushu,are the reasons that influence martial arts to enter campus activities.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward to provide practical guarantee for the smooth development of the "Martial Arts on Campus" activity in the future: 1.Schools should strengthen the introduction of martial arts teachers;2.Regularly independently organize or participate in martial arts competitions;3.Strengthen school leadership The importance of martial arts on campus activities and the teacher’s execution ability;4.Add martial arts infrastructure construction to meet the needs of students’ venues;5.Open parent knowledge lectures and popularize martial arts knowledge;6.Reasonably arrange martial arts training for physical education teachers;7.Increase class hours to create martial arts movements suitable for students;8.Inherit the excellent Chinese martial arts spirit and culture,and provide practical and powerful theoretical support for the smooth development of "Martial Arts on Campus" activities in Liaoyang City.
