Research On The Long-term Mechanism For The Development Of Youth Amateur Football Clubs From The Perspective Of Institutional Innovation Theory

Since the reform and development of Chinese football overall plan,issued by chengdu teenagers amateur football club have sprung up to the market in succession,however,because the department in charge of not clear,the lack of the management system,lead to market entry threshold is low,juvenile amateur football club service quality,the teaching level is uneven,difficult for cultivating reserve football talents in our country.How to promote the healthy development of youth amateur football clubs through the top-level design of the government is a big problem facing today.Node,in this time,this study adopts literature research,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,field survey method and other methods,based on the theory of system innovation,the long-term mechanism of juvenile amateur football club development as the research object,the study selected eight teenagers amateur football club of chengdu to conduct a comprehensive in-depth investigation and study,understand the present state of development of club,teachers,training venues,operating status,and so on and so forth,dig the existing problems,and then build a long-term mechanism for the development of chengdu teenagers amateur football club.Research indicates:(1)the authority and responsibility of the competent department of chengdu youth amateur football club are unclear and the supervision is ineffective,which makes it impossible to form effective management of youth amateur football club.(2)chengdu youth amateur football clubs are faced with such practical problems as single income channels,great pressure for survival,lack of high-quality talents,and lack of venue resources.The lack of guarantee mechanism is a practical constraint for the development of clubs.(3)chengdu youth amateur football clubs have free access to the training market,and the lack of access mechanism is one of the important factors causing this situation.(4)chengdu youth amateur football club neglects the registration of youth players,and the registration of youth players has not received the attention of the club.(5)the imperfect and incomplete implementation of the training compensation system and the joint mechanism compensation system leads to the difficulty in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of youth amateur football clubs in chengdu.
