| "Reducing the burden" is related to the healthy growth of students’ physical and mental health,and is also of great significance to promoting quality education and guiding the whole society to establish a scientific view of educational quality.Existing studies have mostly analyzed the causes and countermeasures of "burden reduction" from the perspectives of society,family,and students,and less listened to the voice of the "burden reduction".This paper mainly uses the interview method to investigate the current situation of mathematics teachers in Chengdu City Primary School and Hanzhong City S Primary School to reduce students’ heavy schoolwork burden,then summarizes the problems,analyzes the reasons,and proposes countermeasures.The article consists of four parts:The first part: Introduction.It expounds the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research basis,research ideas and methods.The second part: The current situation of primary school mathematics teachers reducing students’ schoolwork burden.This paper investigates the attitude,purpose,content,method,influence and effect of the mathematics teachers in two primary schools to reduce the burden.The purpose of reducing the burden is vague;Narrow understanding of burden reduction;Single method to reduce the burden;The negative effect is not ideal,etc.The third part: Analysis of the reasons for the problem of primary school mathematics teachers reducing students’ schoolwork burden.The main performance is:the teacher’s concept of reducing the burden is vague;The influence of exam-oriented education;There are differences in students’ burden level;The particularity of mathematics;Parents appeal for diversity,etc.The fourth part: The countermeasures of primary school mathematics teachers to reduce students’ schoolwork burden.The article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from five aspects: updating educational concepts,improving teaching quality,carefully designing homework,developing multi-dimensional evaluation model and strengthening home-school cooperation.The influencing factors for primary school mathematics teachers to reduce students’ heavy schoolwork burden are complicated.The sample selection of this study is relatively limited,and the problem and cause analysis still need to be further explored. |
