In recent years,with the accelerated pace of urbanization and the improvement of modernization,a large number of migrant workers have poured into the city.As one of the builders of the city,they often enjoy a lower level of security and are the people with more difficult life in the city.Their children are generally in two states,staying in their hometown or living in the city with their parents.In terms of the current situation,when these children live in the city with their parents,there is still a large gap between their education security and their peers in the inflow place.It is necessary for the national education department to study this problem and issue perfect education security policies.In this way,we can not only cultivate more excellent talents and improve the overall quality of the people;It is also conducive to optimizing the overall national education security level and improving the education quality of migrant workers’ accompanying children.Whether the compulsory education of migrant children is guaranteed in an all-round and high-quality way not only affects the fate of migrant children,but also directly affects the future of the country.It is also an important embodiment of a country’s educational equity.As the city with the most concentrated educational resources in China,in recent years,more and more voices have proposed that Beijing’s accompanying children should accept the request of the college entrance examination in Beijing,which has a direct impact on the reform of the education security policy for accompanying children in the stage of compulsory education.However,like the college entrance examination in other places,there are a series of problems in compulsory education for migrant children in Beijing,such as educational equity and educational integration.How to accurately manage student data and put forward educational equity policies that benefit local students and migrant children are the focus of the reform.This paper discusses the educational security of migrant children,and analyzes the nature,quality and coverage of educational security by using social welfare theory,educational public goods theory,educational equity theory and social exclusion theory.Taking Beijing as the research object,consulting the relevant policies of the government,and interviewing teachers in primary schools in suburban areas,in order to understand the current situation of accompanying children in Beijing in terms of enjoying education security policies,enrollment and education resources,it is found that a large number of accompanying children in Beijing are facing the imperfection of the relevant education security policies of the government;Low coverage of education security;After analysis and discussion,it is believed that the current situation of less education security is mainly due to the impact of the registered residence system on the implementation of the policy,the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources,the lack of evaluation and supervision mechanism of education security,and the weak concept of guardians’ education security.After that,it studies the research results and current policies of educational security at home and abroad,and puts forward solutions to optimize the allocation of educational resources and educational environment,reform the examination system,establish a new school status,evaluation and monitoring system,and guide the guardian’s concept of educational security from the four aspects of system policy,resources,supervision and educational integration,in order to enable the children of migrant workers to enjoy more perfect educational security.
