| As the cradle of practical and technical talents,secondary vocational colleges should cultivate talents with solid professional knowledge and skills on the one hand,and the ability to combine theoretical knowledge and skills with specific practical business on the other hand.Situational teaching method can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and arouse students’ emotional resonance by carefully setting or creating scenes that are consistent with students’ cognitive characteristics,can stimulate students’ learning interest and bring good learning experience to students,so as to help students better understand and master knowledge.Based on the constructivist learning theory,Situational Cognition Theory and the theory of recent development zone,this paper takes some teachers of e-commerce major in school a of X city and all the students in grade 2 as the research object,and carries out a series of investigations on the application of situational teaching method in the course of customer relationship management in secondary vocational schools.In the process of implementation,taking the customer relationship management course as the main body,taking the investigation and research as the style,through the questionnaire survey of students,interviews with target teachers,and observation of the teaching process of customer relationship management,we can understand the learning effect of students,the teaching situation of teachers and the implementation of customer relationship management course under the situational teaching method,and find the problems that are easy to appear in the application of situational teaching method.On this basis,explore strategies to optimize the use effect of situational teaching method,so as to provide basis for further research.Through the analysis of questionnaire,interview and observation results by using multivariate data analysis method,the author comes to the conclusion that situational teaching method has some problems in customer relationship management course,such as single application form of teaching method,insufficient proportion of practical links in the teaching process,lack of situational materials used in customer relationship management course,single student assessment and evaluation system and so on.The reasons are as follows: first,teachers only pay attention to the formal situation and ignore the practical significance of the situation;Second,the teaching design is unreasonable,and the preset situation ignores students’ participation;Third,lack of awareness of developing and utilizing situational resources;Fourth,the power of teaching evaluation is excessively concentrated.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the author puts forward some suggestions to optimize the use effect of situational teaching method,including strengthening the cultivation of teachers’ comprehensive ability,improving teaching effect,increasing necessary practical activities,guiding students to simulate real work scenes,reasonably developing teaching resources,carefully setting teaching situations,adopting multiple evaluation methods,paying attention to students’ various development,optimizing the teaching design cases of situational teaching method,etc.It is hoped that the above suggestions can improve the application effect of situational teaching method in secondary vocational customer relationship management course and enhance students’ learning effect and satisfaction. |
