| Under the background of the country’s vigorous promotion of the construction of high-quality education system,enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education and vigorously cultivating skilled talents have become an important goal of the development of vocational education.How to promote the teaching reform of secondary vocational education and how to cultivate skilled talents who meet the needs of the state and society has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the state has promulgated a series of relevant policies to guide the reform of secondary vocational education.This research adopts the literature research method to sort out the relevant research status and theoretical basis of OBE concept and "Situation-Problem" teaching at home and abroad,find the coincidence point between the two and explore a new way of organic integration.This paper uses the investigation and research method to conduct field research in secondary vocational schools,analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: curriculum,learning and teaching,and explores the "SituationProblem" teaching based on OBE.The process of "Situation-Problem" instructional design based on OBE includes five links: defining learning results,curriculum instructional design,implementing instructional design,evaluating learning results and forming a perfect scheme.Each link affects and connects with each other to form an organic whole.In order to explore the application effect of "Situation-Problem" teaching based on OBE,this study uses the action research method to implement the teaching method in the customer relationship management course of the marketing class of the secondary school of D college in G City,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey,classroom observation,teacher-student interview and so on to measure and analyze the teaching effect.Before class,design "Situation-Problem" teaching based on OBE in combination with training objectives and course content;In class,implement teaching and observe and record students’ classroom performance;After class,timely interview the learning experience of teachers and students,issue questionnaires and analyze data to summarize the teaching effect.It has been proved by practice that the " Situation-Problem" teaching based on OBE is feasible and effective.This teaching method can effectively enhance learning interest,improve learning habits,cultivate the ability to discover and solve problems,and to a certain extent can promote secondary vocational education.Teaching reform to cultivate skilled talents that meet the needs of the country and society. |
