| The curriculum standard of secondary vocational education clearly points out that the tea ching content should set three-dimensional teaching goal and pay more attention to emotional experience.The existing teaching methods in secondary vocational schools have some drawba cks,which are mainly manifested in the students’ lack of emotional experience and ineffective combination of theory and practice,and the more common phenomenon is that students are o ften in a passive position,in the classroom,teachers usually give priority to the teaching.The teachers in secondary vocational schools are aware of this phenomenon and try to find a soluti on to the problem.Because the secondary vocational school students have a strong curiosity t o new things and like hands-on characteristics,student-centered,practice-oriented experiential teaching method just meets the needs of students.In the course of customer relationship man agement,the secondary vocational school x investigated in this paper uses experiential teachi ng method,which is helpful to promote the interest and effectiveness of classroom teaching.Because the curriculum reform will be affected by many factors,so it is still at the stage of active exploration,and there are some deficiencies in the implementation of experiential te aching method,the purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of experience-b ased teaching method for e-commerce major in secondary vocational school x,and to analyze the data collected by SPSS and one-way Anova,find out the problems and put forward targete d measures to improve the secondary vocational school teaching methods development.After investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the application of exper iential teaching method in the course of customer relationship management,such as unreasona ble arrangement of class hours,unclear division of roles,lack of practice opportunities,single type of software and lagging content,etc.,based on the four aspects of curriculum constructio n,teacher guidance,service support and software and hardware facilities,this paper finds out t he reasons,and puts forward that we should adopt a sound curriculum system,arrange class h ours reasonably,pay attention to all students,improve the ability of controlling,and pay attent ion to the real experience,the theory returns to the practice,renews the teaching software,enri ches the teaching form and so on the effective measure,creates the condition for the e-commerce specialized student to gain the knowledge in the experience,prepares for the employment adequately,also provides the reference for the school further construction. |
