| Objective: To explore the status quo characteristics of college students’ We Chat usage,life satisfaction and self-control and the influencing factors of demography,and to explore the relationship among college students’ We Chat usage,life satisfaction and self-control.In this way,it can better help educators understand the psychological state of college students when dealing with We Chat in life,timely provide targeted psychological counseling to college students,prevent excessive use of We Chat and other related APPs,and improve life satisfaction.Methods: This study was conducted by combining literature method and questionnaire survey method.The previous research literature was firstly sorted out,and the domestic and foreign research literature related to this study was searched to facilitate reference and further study of the topic.Then,the research subjects were given network links or QR codes in class and tested on the spot.The sources of the research subjects were selected from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanchang University.The scales used are "We Chat Usage Scale","Life Satisfaction Scale(SWLS)" and "College Student Self-Control Scale".SPSS25.0 was adopted for input and statistical analysis of the final data.T test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods were used to analyze the data.Results: 1.College students’ wechat use,life satisfaction and self-control have significant differences in gender,only child,family situation and residence.2.There is a positive correlation between College Students’ wechat use and life satisfaction.College students’ wechat use can significantly and positively predict college students’ life satisfaction.3.Resist temptation,focus on work,total ability and life satisfaction in college students’ self-control show a significant positive correlation,and can significantly and positively predict college students’ life satisfaction.4.College students’ impulse control,entertainment control,total ability and wechat use are significantly negatively correlated,and can significantly negatively predict college students’ wechat use.5.College students’ wechat degree has a significant intermediary effect between life satisfaction and self-control,that is,college students’ self-control can affect life satisfaction through the degree of wechat use.Conclusion: by collecting and analyzing the effective questionnaires of405 subjects,this study concludes that college students’ wechat use,life satisfaction and self-control are different in demographic statistical variables,and there is a significant pairwise correlation between the three.To sum up,college students’ wechat use and self-control can have an important impact on life satisfaction,and wechat use has a mediating effect.Therefore,schools and other relevant departments should pay attention to guiding college students to cultivate good self-control ability through various ways,and reasonably arrange time on wechat and other online chat software,so as to have a good psychological quality and a happy lifestyle. |
