Research On The Reform Of Higher Vocational Talents Training Model Under The Background Of The Emerging Engineering

At present,with the rapid development of new economy,new forms of business and new industries,China has entered the period of new engineering construction.The talent training of higher vocational education in the new era is facing new challenges,and the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational education is imperative.Research on the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges under the background of new engineering is beneficial to alleviate the problem of unbalanced supply and demand of talents,and is of great significance to deepen the reform of talent training mode and the construction of new engineering.In this article,through analyzing the cultivation model of higher education under the background of emerging engineering practice exploration,new technical demands of higher education reform,clear analysis of the aim of the emerging engineering in higher vocational colleges under the background of migration,determine the emerging engineering under the background of higher vocational talents training target,namely,technical skills,talents,innovative technical skills talents and high quality technical personnel.Through literature analysis and in-depth interview research,this paper summarized the reform status quo of vocational colleges’ specialty setting adjustment,curriculum system reconstruction,teacher team innovation and cooperation deepening,and deeply analyzed the dilemma of the fixed cultivation idea,the dependence of the cultivation process,the solidification of the cultivation method and the dependence of the cultivation conditions.Taking the application of intelligent transportation technology as an example,the training concept,curriculum system,teaching staff and training conditions are further analyzed.The emerging engineering reform of higher vocational colleges presents the following three characteristics: to promote the transformation of talent specification by adjusting majors;to promote the transformation of talent cultivation specification to the development of emerging engineering by building specialized groups or adding new majors or directions;To promote the adjustment of talent training through curriculum reform,and to promote the transfer of talent training objectives through curriculum content adjustment and structural adjustment;Based on the school-enterprise cooperation to improve the training conditions,relying on the school-enterprise cooperation to improve the structure of the teaching staff and the conditions of practice and training,to ensure the realization of talent training objectives.Through the research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for deepening the reform of the training mode of higher vocational talents under the background of new engineering:renew the training idea and set up scientific training objectives.It not only focuses on the "occupation" and "practicality" of vocational education,but also pays attention to the "education" of talent training activities,and sets scientific training objectives according to the characteristics and advantages of different majors.Accelerate curriculum reform,perfect curriculum integration and stratification.Perfecting curriculum integration to solve the contradiction between curriculum and class hours;Accelerate the stratification of courses to meet the needs of students at different levels.Make clear the main body of reform and improve the construction of teachers.The boundary between the reform subject and the reform implementation subject should be clarified,and the enthusiasm of teachers should be improved on the basis of ensuring the improvement of their teaching level.Improve training conditions,clear management and security system.We should not only improve the top design of the school,but also establish an overall management system.
