An Enterprising-Spirit-Oriented Design And Its Implementation Of Training Programs For The Majors In Applied Technology Of Mobile Internet In Vocational Higher Education

In recent years,as the emerging industry,the Internet industry has been accelerating its pace of development,and the demand for mobile Internet talent is very large.Many vocational colleges set a mobile Internet application technology specialty in response to the market demand for mobile internet talents.Unlike other traditional professions,the professional development of mobile Internet application technology is short,and professional construction still needs a long process of improvement.There are still many problems at present.For example,students' comprehensive professional ability and professional quality are not effectively trained and innovated.Entrepreneurship education can't be landed,etc.The reason for this is,to a large extent,because of problems in the training course,which has caused graduates to fail to meet the talent demands of the mobile Internet market.This research is based on the action-oriented view of teaching.Through the interviews and literature analysis,it investigates the needs of the mobile internet talents.Through questionnaires,literature analysis and interviews,the actual training status and existing problems of the mobile internet application technology profession in higher vocational colleges are investigated.Analyze and use the project teaching method to design the practical training program for higher vocational mobile internet application technology specialty.Combining practical training teaching with real production practice,combining innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional,improving students' comprehensive occupation ability.The implementation of the training program was implemented so that research results can improve students' comprehensive professional and entrepreneurial abilities,enable them to train their job abilities and define their career development direction,how to integrate innovative training into innovative training,and how to effectively combine professional education with professionalism.Exploring has changed the status quo in which entrepreneurial education cannot be achieved.The paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction elaborates the background of the topic and analyzes the relevant research status.Through the interview method and literature analysis method,we can understand the current situation of talent demand and the current situation of personnel training in higher vocational colleges;through questionnaire survey and literature analysis,we summarized the Problems Existing in Practical Training of Mobile Internet Application Technology Profession in Higher Vocational Colleges.Explained the research content,significance,ideas and methods of this article.The second part comprehensively expounds the theoretical basis,design principle and design flow of designing entrepreneurial-oriented mobile Internet application technology professional training programs.In the third part,based on the design theory,design principles and design flow,the training project that meets the requirements is selected,the training project is decomposed,and the work flow,job responsibilities and required capabilities of each job are analyzed.Each product manager post,UI design post,development post,test post,and operation and maintenance post were carefully planned and corresponding evaluation criteria were designed.The fourth part carried out experiments on the training program,determined the purpose of the experiment,the experimental objects and methods,stated the training arrangements,demonstrated the entire experimental process,and then analyzed and evaluated the experimental results from three aspects: students,teachers,and enterprises.The fifth section summarizes and looks forward.Summarizes the training results and makes an outlook for the next step.
