| Under the background of "double First-class" construction,domestic colleges and universities pay increasing attention to the connotative development,integrate various social forces to help the university’s various undertakings,and strive to achieve the mission of education.Alumni are not only the direct result of education,but also the important external resources for universities to realize the mission of education.The degree to which alumni give back to their Alma mater and participate in the education of the school is an important manifestation of the talent cultivation of colleges and universities.The top universities abroad all attach great importance to the important role of alumni in the development of the school.For a university,alumni are former students who are familiar with the university and are internal stakeholders of the university.On the other hand,alumni are the extension of the achievements of university education in the society.They are outside the university,so they are also the external stakeholders of the university.China is building world-class colleges and universities.Talent training and resource integration are being integrated with international standards on the basis of Chinese characteristics.Excellent universities in China have gradually shown that they attach great importance to alumni resources.It is an important issue to be considered that whether and how alumni can participate in the long-term mission of university talent cultivation and continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation in the current construction of colleges and universities in China.Under the influence of university talent cultivation and continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation in the current construction of colleges and universities in China.Under the influence of it’s geographical location,especially the unique Shanghai culture,Shanghai colleges and universities are open and inclusive in running schools and educating people.This paper selects four "double first-class" universities in Shanghai as the research object.These four universities are 985/211 key universities directly under the Ministry of Education.Relying on the economic strength of the Ministry of Education and Shanghai,they are the representatives of the top universities in China in terms of scientific research capacity,faculty strength and education.Relying on the economic strength of the Ministry of Education and Shanghai,they are the representatives of the top universities in China in terms of scientific research capacity,faculty strength and educational scale.In this paper,the method of questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis are used for research.First of all,based on stakeholder theory and ASD theory,an "environment-actor-path" theoretical analysis framework of alumni participation in university education is formed.Such a model framework places the research on alumni participation in university education in the whole process of university stakeholders and university talent training.Through empirical research and interviews with alumni,students and alumni association staff of the four "double first-class" universities in Shanghai,the first-hand data are collected to analyze the situation and existing problems of alumni participation in higher education.It is found that there are mainly problems such as insufficient recognition of Alma mater by alumni,less opportunities for students to contact with alumni,and information asymmetry among different subjects.The causes of these problems are further analyzed.At the same time,this paper studies the successful cases of first-class universities at home and abroad from several aspects of talent training,enrollment guidance,teaching education,innovation and entrepreneurship,internship and employment,and finds and summarizes the internal laws of alumni education in top universities.Finally,from the cultural construction(educational work idea transformation alumni),resource development(alumni education sustainable development mechanism),institutional guarantee alumni education safeguard mechanism(sound)actors dominate(alumni more subjectivity education team),path coverage,to implement the whole process of education project)alumni with five aspects to build alumni to participate in the implementation path of education in colleges. |
