Family is the basic place for family members to live and grow.With the development of the economy,the number of parents in the inter-generational education has increased at a faster rate,and inter-generational education has become one of the most widespread social phenomena in the city.Inter-generational education refers to the form of parenting that is ancestral,or is ancestral,and is ancestral.In the inter-generational parenting families,the ancestors assumed the role of multiples and parental roles.The intimacy relationship that grandchildren should obtain from their parents is not satisfied.If they continue for a long time,they will definitely not be conducive to the formation of normal parent-child relationships.Although there are various causes for different families in different generations,there are some common problems: For example,parent-child relationship,love of ancestors,intimacy and mutual trust between parents and children,education methods inconsistent with ancestors,and family conflicts.Childhood is an important stage in the growth of a child.It connects children and adolescents.For children,in addition to meeting basic survival needs,there are also needs for love,games,and socialization.However,many children's needs are not met in inter-generational parenting families.Parent-child relationship,as the first kind of social relationship that children are exposed to,has a profound meaning for its future social development.A good parent-child relationship has an inestimable impact on the growth of children.However,in today's society there are frequent parent-child conflicts and family conflicts.Parents and inter-generational relations in inter-generational parenting families should cause more attention.Parent-child education and inter-generational education are the most common and basic forms of family education and have profound implications for the physical and mental development of children.Inter-generational education has not been in recent years.It has existed since ancient times in our country,but it is only a supplemental way of assisted parenting.Today,inter-generational education is becoming more and more popular in family education,and it even weakens the way parent-child education.Moreover,there are some disadvantages in the inter-generational education,and scholars have started to look for countermeasures.After research and discussion,some scholars began to agree that the inter-generational education has its own rationality,and the quality of family education is not directly related to the existence of inter-generational education.The focus of family education quality improvement lies in the smooth development of inter-generational education and parent-child education.Linkage,how to minimize the disadvantages of inter-generational education,realize two kinds of education methods to jointly promote the growth of children and healthy development of family education.This article starts with the issue of parent-child relationship among parents in the inter-generational education.It mainly uses group social work methods to implementservice intervention.Through previous survey visits and interviews,we analyzed the parent-child relationship among the families in the inter-generational parenting community.Based on this,we identified the service goals,intervened in the inter-generational family parent-child relationship through specific social service work,and helped to make clearer and clearer between generations.Self-role and opponent's role,improve the level of inter-generational communication,enhance the emotional intimacy between each other,and establish a good parent-child relationship.For the effectiveness of the group,the effectiveness of the group was evaluated through quantitative research methods,and the practical effect of the group's working methods was explored through questionnaires.The research found that the work of the group has a considerable degree of effectiveness in improving parent-child relationship and inter-generational relations.The form,content and performance of the group's activities have also been recognized and confirmed by the team members.The group's goals have been basically achieved.
