Group Work To Improve The Parenting Ability Of The Second Child In Urban Families

Childhood is a critical period for the development of children.As the saying goes,"look at the young at three and look at the old at seven".Although it is somewhat one-sided,it also reveals the influence of childhood development on one's life.The liberalization of the two-child policy has produced many two-child families,and the parents of children may face more conflicts in childbirth,child rearing and work.Under such a big background,the grandparents' care and education for two children in the family is very common and very important.Because grandparents life concept and the way of education and the modern society there is a certain gap,grandparents did not keep pace with The Times,still use the old way of education children,may be there is a way and ability is insufficient,such as excessive coddling of grandchildren,not fair education to their grandchildren,as well as to the grandchildren of excessive restrictions,that influence the development of children,and even serious deviant behavior.Therefore,inter-generational education plays an important role in the growth of children,affecting the formation of correct thinking and cognitive behavior of a generation of children,and even affecting the development of China's future economic,political,social and other directions.This study takes the second child family inter-generational education group as an example to analyze,in order to understand the situation and needs of the service objects,and with the help of the group work,to carry out practical exploration and research on the inter-generational education of the urban second child family in R community of Shenyang.Based on the summary and analysis of the Current situation and problems of the second child family's inter-generational education,this paper aims to meet the needs of the two children in the second child family,so as to design the group framework and activities.In the group activity process,can collect the suggestion in time,consummation activity.After group activities,the effectiveness of group activities was evaluated through process evaluation and outcome evaluation,and the scale was used to measure and analyze the results,so as to analyze theapplication of group work methods in activities.Finally,the paper summarizes the skills of the group work on improving the parenting ability of urban two-child families separated from the generation of urban children,and puts forward deficiencies and constructive Suggestions on two-child families,communities and the society,so as to improve the parenting ability of urban two-child families separated from the generation.
