| The continuous impact of the COVID-19 has made the employment problem of domestic college students that have been highlighted in recent years even worse.The scale of fresh graduates continues to expand,a large number of overseas students return to China for employment,and the demand for employment in enterprises has significantly reduced,resulting in a serious imbalance in the labor market supply ratio.The employment of impoverished college students is more difficult than the others.The survey shows that the latter’s employment rate is 13% lower than the former.Employment pressure also makes impoverished college students more likely to have problems such as helplessness and anxiety.From the existing research,the academic circle mainly focuses on the conceptual content of the intervention concept and influencing factors of the employment of impoverished students,and the intervention to improve the practical ability of impoverished students to enhance the employment ability is still at the level of theoretical recommendations.Therefore,it is not only theoretically necessary to explore practical research to improve the employability of impoverished students through social support means including social work services,but also fits the current social reality very well.Therefore,from the Advantages Perspective,this research explores the specific needs of impoverished college students for employment under the USEM employability structure model,designs and implements the "Bright Star" college impoverished students employability improvement growth group,the core uses the interview method,Literature method,participatory observation method and questionnaire survey method four types of research methods,and the use of this method is added in the follow-up group design,implementation and evaluation.Research has found that the core needs of impoverished students to improve their employability are mainly concentrated in the two dimensions of skill improvement and self-efficacy.The hardest thing to break through in practice is that the intervention of social practice and career planning is also implemented in this group;and for the group The evaluation adopts a combination of record observation and self-evaluation,questionnaire survey and qualitative interview to conduct formative evaluation and process evaluation.The short-term goal of this research is to improve the employability of group members from the perspective of employability model,and help them get a smooth employment.The long-term goal is to help impoverished college students use the perspective of positive advantages to solve their own development problems from the perspective of resource integration,and to effectively solve poverty graduation.Provide reproducible operating cases for the employment problems and the many employment contradictions existing in the society. |
