| Athletes’ special sports skills and special physical fitness level are important factors to determine the performance of high foot racing,in which the special physical fitness level is the main factor to affect athletes’ sports skills.Through analyzing the technical essentials of high foot racing and combining with the technical characteristics of high foot racing,this study determines and implements the training program of special physical ability of high foot racing.This research is based on "high foot racing","special physical training","program design"and other keywords to search,through the method of literature to provide theoretical basis for the research direction and topic selection basis of this paper;Using the survey method,to have 10 years experience in the foot racing training of coaches or physical training of experts,a total of 17 people by telephone interviews and questionnaires,to develop a set of effective high racing special physical training program,and through six months of training to verify the actual effect of the special physical training scheme.Results:(1)On the basis of the theory of physical training design,three different training objectives are formulated according to the athletes’ sports level and special technical level,and then a complete set of special physical training content and training load of high foot racing is formulated in accordance with the necessary special quality requirements of high foot racing.(2)Through the implementation of the special physical training program of high foot racing,it is found that the program has a highly significant difference in the special balance,coordination,core strength(left),reaction speed quality of male high foot racing athletes and the coordination quality of female high foot racing athletes,and has a very strong promotion effect;There were significant differences in balance,core strength(left),reaction speed quality,dexterity,upper and lower limb strength,core strength(right)and displacement speed of female and male students,which had certain promoting effect.It has no promoting effect on improving flexibility.(3)The performance of 200m high foot race for men and women has a highly significant promotion effect,and the performance of 100m high foot race for men and women has a significant promotion effect.Conclusions:(1)According to the design principles and theoretical basis of high foot racing physical training program,determine the three stages of high foot racing physical training,the duration of each stage and the special qualities of the main training in different stages;Design the training content and training method of each special quality,and finally design a complete set of special physical training program of high foot racing.(2)Through experiments,it is proved that this program is a scientific,reasonable and feasible training program,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience for future training. |
