With the continuous extension of the state power to the grassroots level and the profound influence of the development of the market economy,the structure of rural society in my country has undergone significant changes,gradually shifting from the traditional rural society to the post-rural society.At the same time,the changes in the social structure have further aggravated the rural society.The various contradictions and disputes in China have gradually revealed a brand-new development pattern,which requires the introduction of more diversified dispute resolution methods.Dispute resolution is the key core of the entire rural governance.Exploring the dispute resolution mechanism in rural society is of vital value in maintaining the stability of rural society and achieving the goal of rural revitalization.Through field investigation,this paper selects Longshan Town,which has relatively better implementation of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms,as the main research sample,and selects specific dispute cases for further analysis,exploring the specific process of post-rural society dispute resolution,thus sorting out and summarizing The value role played by the third party in the process of dispute resolution and the actual results obtained,and then starting from the authority hidden behind the dispute,to explore the authority structure involved in this process and the development dilemma of various authorities.From this,it is found that there are multiple coexisting power subjects in the post-rural society,and there is an obvious development status of multiple authority in dispute resolution,that is,the primary endogenous authority gradually disappears,while the secondary endogenous authority gradually declines.It drives the entire rural society to keep getting closer to the exogenous authority,but because exogenous authority has specific limitations,it cannot completely replace the endogenous authority.Later,I explored the role mechanism of various authorities in rural society and pre-rural society,and finally found that in terms of the authority structure of post-rural society,it is still the secondary endogenous authority that dominates,controlling the entire same social dispute resolution mechanism.The operation process.In order to reduce the various disputes and contradictions in the rural society as much as possible,to promote the rural society and achieve long-term stability,effective countermeasures to further optimize and improve the dispute resolution mechanism are put forward.The overall idea is to adhere to the legal pluralism development concept and theoretical presuppositions.Raise the secondary endogenous authority as the core dominant position,highlight its subjectivity,and at the same time give it effective governance power,and promote its development into a new stable mechanism that supports the continuous development of the entire rural society;at the same time,it builds a good guarantee for the exogenous authority system,By reshaping its authority,repositioning and functioning,as much as possible to eliminate the negative influence of exogenous authority’s own limitations on dispute resolution;for disputes related to tradition,the original endogenous authority should be brought into full play in dispute resolution.
