As the human depending on the Internet higher and higher,it has constituted strongly impact to human social life in many aspects.People' Production,living and thinking methods have changed very much.As people' social communication mean,the network have evolved a new communication environment and became a new survival way. It has declared the arrival of the network society. As one part of the social environment, the education environment have a series of changes,too.Teachers' authority can be divided into system authority and personal authority. System authority includs traditional authority and legal authority and Personal authority includes professional authority and participationand authority. Teachers' system authority is from the social and it is external. Teachers' personal authority is from student' identity and it is inner.Their relationship is fusional and promoted mutually.The teschers' authority in the ancient farming society is more from the social system.its system authority is dominant.In the modern industrial society, the role of knowledge and science is more and more important. Teachers' professional authority has been highlighted. The contemporary network society is showing virtual,open, free and other new features. The network has became an overlooked educational strength and socialized mean. It gives students plenty of discourse rights. As network generation, middle school students is showing some new characteristics,which are Strong independence and autonomy, Strong curiosity, against authorities,and so on.The background and object of the middle school teachers' authority have changed. It through comparing the authority of city and countryside middle school'teachers,to find the change of the middle school teachers' authority in the network society. In the network society,teachers will no longer be the only source of knowledge. The role of middle school teachers in imparting knowledge has declined. Along with the enhancement middle school students' subject consciousness and countercentralizationof the teachers in the education, the middle school teachers' traditional authority is changing from emphasizing the doctrines and dignity of teachers to democracy and equality. Teachers compulsory become invalid to middle school students gradually.So, middle school teachers'legal authority is transformating from mandatory to guiding.Depending on its charm, the network shows great charisma. But,it just be a tool,which can' t substitute teacher's status.The personality charm of middle school teachers will be the biggest farmar to enhance their authority.The middle school teachers should change from disseminator of Knowledge to students' learning guidance,become the guidance of students to adapt to the reality social life, improve their own personality charisma, and use their own authority reasonablely.
