| Working to create material wealth and spiritual wealth,is the premise of creating a happy life,and hard working is the fine traditional quality of our Chinese nation.Labor education is the training of labor consciousness,teaching of labor skills and a series of educational guidance activities for primary and middle school students.Through labor education,not only can temper cultivate talents and cultivate the spirit of enduring hardship,but also develop outstanding Chinese traditional culture,which is of significance to the individual,social and nation.Under the background of advocating the comprehensive development of "five education simultaneously" and improving the labor quality of higher vocational students,this paper takes "the implementation of labor education" as the core concept,through understanding the current situation of the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges,find out the problems in the implementation and maintain the better place,conduct in-depth research on these problems,find out the reasons,and accordingly put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.Before launching an investigation,we should make clear the connotation of labor education,what aspects are included.Therefore,the author consulted relevant literature on CNKI to understand the connotation and extension of labor education,and then conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the implementation status of labor education in five higher vocational colleges in Changsha.Through summarizing and analyzing the survey results,the author finds that the current labor education in higher vocational colleges has the following problems:The deviation of teachers and students’ understanding of labor education still exists,the implementation of labor education is seriously formalized,the teaching staff of labor education is weak,the effect of labor education training is not obvious,the implementation of labor education security system is not perfect and the implementation of labor education evaluation system is not perfect.Based on the above problems,the author tries to put forward solutions: multi-party linkage to correct teachers and students’ understanding of labor education,enhance labor awareness education,and create a cultural atmosphere of respect for labor;To establish and perfect the diversified curriculum system of labor education,including compulsory course,permeation course and activity course,and to enrich and expand the implementation ways of labor education;Improve the implementation mechanism of labor education with schools in charge of planning and design,enterprises and social institutions in the industry in charge of business guidance and mutual management;Strengthen the construction of labor education teachers,hire social professional and technical personnel with practical experience as part-time teachers;Perfecting the existing evaluation system of labor education from the aspects of student quality and teacher quality. |
