| Entering the new era,the rapid development of social economy has put forward new requirements for the quality of laborers.As an important place to train first-line technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges should implement the party’s education policy,strengthen labor education,improve the training system of students’ labor literacy,and promote the all-round development of students.However,currently affected by various environmental factors,higher vocational colleges ignore the cultivation of students’ labor literacy,which leads to the phenomenon that young people in society generally do not want to work and do not want to work,which restricts the development of individual labor literacy.In view of this,this study selects 330 students from 4 vocational colleges in Guangxi as the survey object,studies the problems existing in the labor literacy of students in vocational colleges in the new era,and proposes effective countermeasures for the problems.This research is based on the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings,the theory of the combination of education and productive labor,and Xi Jinping’s theory of labor education in the new era.The document divides labor literacy into five dimensions: labor concept,labor knowledge,labor skills,labor spirit,labor habits and quality.Through questionnaire survey and interview investigation,the present situation of labor literacy and labor literacy cultivation status of 330 students in 4 vocational colleges in Guangxi were descriptively analyzed and analyzed.There are problems such as the relative lack of labor knowledge,the need to improve labor skills,the need to strengthen labor spirit,and the need to strengthen labor habits and quality.The reasons mainly include: the flood of contempt for labor in the society,the influence of parents’ bad educational concepts,the content of labor education courses to be deepened,the lack of endogenous motivation for higher vocational students to study,the need to increase the investment in higher vocational colleges,and the need for professional practice.The equipment and equipment of the training grounds are lagging behind,the influence of different gender factors,the difference of different school types,the lack of labor literacy evaluation mechanism,and the educational and cultural environment is not optimistic.And put forward optimization strategies from five aspects: make clear the cultivation goal,perfect the curriculum system,establish the teaching staff,optimize the multiple cultivation methods and improve the evaluation mechanism,including: creating a social atmosphere that loves labor,changing parents’ bad educational concepts,improving labor education curriculum system,and improving students.Learn endogenous power,build a team of full-time and part-time teachers in labor education,guide students to participate in social practice activities,build a home-school,social-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,enrich the cultivation carrier of labor spirit,improve labor literacy evaluation mechanism,and improve the overall educational and cultural environment. |
