| For a highly civilized and modern country,basic education must include special education at all stages,which is an important guarantee for further maintaining the fair development of education.In order to comprehensively improve the overall level and quality of special education at all stages,the Ministry of Education of our country has repeatedly emphasized the need for moderately and severely disabled children with learning ability to allow them to receive fair and modern education to the maximum extent.Compared with special education schools,home delivery and regular classes,there is not much research on special education classes.As a placement model between special schools and ordinary schools,special education classes provide more possibilities for the education of students with special needs.It can not only meet their special education needs,but also provide an ecological learning environment..However,due to the special existence of special education classes,teachers and students are facing huge challenges in teaching.Therefore,exploring effective teaching models and improving teaching quality have become the only way to improve the quality of special education.In 2020,relevant departments in my country issued opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in the new era.Among them,the emphasis is on the necessity of carrying out labor education in all stages of education and teaching.The curriculum standard also specifies labor skills as a general course.This shows the importance of labor education for children with special needs.To realize the value of labor education in special education classes,we must first have a comprehensive and clear understanding of labor education.Therefore,based on the literature,the relevant policies and research of labor education since my country’s reform and opening up are sorted out,and the connotation of labor education,the value of educating people,and the achievements and existing problems in practical exploration are clarified.Secondly,for the hierarchical education,clarify its theoretical basis and action path to lay the foundation for this research.Finally,through the investigation of the teachers of special education classes in G city,it is found that there are obvious differences among students in the teaching of special education classes,the difficulty of double teaching;the lack of teaching materials,the teaching content is random;the teachers are weak,and the teaching effect is not obvious.In order to explore the effective teaching mode of special education classes and improve the quality of labor education,we will further focus on the issue of action research after literature research and practical investigation.To evaluate the students in the special education class of X school in G city,formulate an action plan and implement it.With the goal of improving students ’ labor skills,three learning themes have been determined based on school life and family life.The students were divided into three levels,and the goal stratification,content stratification,and activity stratification were used flexibly in teaching for a period of 4 months.In the final evaluation of the learning effect,the students’ cleaning and tidying and kitchen labor abilities have been improved,and they have also been recognized by their parents and fellow teachers.Looking to the future,in order to improve the effectiveness of labor education in special education classes,it is proposed to further implement hierarchical teaching;expand the teaching staff;explore diversified teaching models;establish support and security systems and other strategies. |
