Labor skills course has always been an important course in compulsory education of schools for the mentally retarded.It plays an important role in training students' labor knowledge and skills,self-care and lifelong development.The compulsory education curriculum standard of schools for the mentally handicapped issued in 2016 provides a basis for the development of labor skills curriculum.At present,due to the gradual change of the source structure of students in schools for the mentally retarded,the number of students with moderate and severe disabilities is increasing.Based on the current situation of students with various types of obstacles in schools for the mentally retarded,how to construct the school curriculum form according to the curriculum standards and the actual situation of the school is an important problem faced by schools for the mentally retarded.According to the curriculum standards issued in 2016,District B school for the mentally handicapped,starting from its own development status,integrates and studies the curriculum forms of individualized teaching,theme teaching based on curriculum standards,collective teaching,etc.,and designs a "labor skills curriculum system with students' mastery as the goal,return to life as the guidance,living environment as the main learning material,and multi-channel teaching",According to the current situation of the development and implementation of the labor skills curriculum in the school for the mentally retarded in District B,this paper discusses the relevant research on the support strategies to ensure the actual access of students.According to the needs of the implementation of labor skills curriculum,district b schools for the mentally retarded provide a series of support strategies to ensure that the formulation of curriculum objectives,the determination of curriculum content,the selection of learning activities and evaluation methods are more scientific and reasonable.This study uses the methods of literature research,observation and interview to study and analyze the support strategies for the implementation of labor skills curriculum in District B schools for the mentally retarded.On the one hand,it studies and summarizes the existing support strategies of the school,and analyzes the connotation characteristics,construction and application design of the support strategies of labor skills curriculum.On the other hand,relying on the B District School for the mentally retarded to carry out teaching practice.Through the teaching practice to test the role of support strategy in the development of labor skills curriculum,from the changes of students,teachers and parents,this paper analyzes the application effect of support strategy,summarizes the experience,finds out the shortcomings,analyzes the reasons and further improves the support strategy in view of the limitations and shortcomings of the support strategy of labor skills curriculum in schools for the mentally retarded.Through theoretical analysis and practical research,we can draw a conclusion:according to the support of environment,human resources and material resources,we can summarize and refine the effective support strategies for the implementation of labor education curriculum in schools for the mentally retarded from the aspects of goal setting,content selection,learning activity design and suitability of evaluation.It is verified that the application of support strategy can optimize the effect of curriculum development,promote the professionalization of teachers,and improve parents' education ability.
