Junior high school is the key period for the rapid development of individual body and psychology.There are many kinds of attachment relationships among individuals in this period,and they are also in the period of transition from parent attachment relationship to peer attachment relationship.If they can not develop a good attachment relationship in this period,individuals will experience a strong sense of loneliness,and even produce a series of unconsciousness such as emotional disorders and neurosis It’s a matter of reason.Some studies have found that a good attachment relationship is conducive to the development of junior high school students’ self-esteem,and at the same time,a higher level of interpersonal trust will reduce the individual lonely experience.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship among attachment,self-esteem,interpersonal trust and loneliness of junior high school students in order to understand the formation of loneliness and reduce their loneliness experience.This paper mainly discusses the influence of junior high school students’ attachment on loneliness,and the mediating role of self-esteem and interpersonal trust.A total of 1001 junior high school students were selected as the research objects,and the loneliness scale,the attachment scale of parents and peers,the self-esteem flow scale and the interpersonal trust scale were used as the research tools(1)On the attachment level,the mother attachment level of junior one students is significantly higher than that of junior two and junior three students,and the father attachment level of junior one students is significantly higher than that of junior three students.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between mother attachment,father attachment and selfesteem,interpersonal trust.There is a positive correlation between self-esteem and interpersonal trust.Loneliness is negatively correlated with mother attachment,father attachment,self-esteem and interpersonal trust.(3)Mother attachment can predict the level of loneliness,in which self-esteem and interpersonal trust play a chain mediating role.Through the above research on the relationship between parent-child attachment,interpersonal trust,self-esteem and loneliness of junior middle school students,it provides theoretical support for understanding the influence mechanism of loneliness,reducing junior middle school students’ loneliness experience,and providing help for middle school students’ mental health education.
