Curriculum experiment is the necessary path of curriculum reform and an important method of curriculum practice in kindergartens.The game curriculum is the basic paradigm of kindergarten curriculum,confirming that the learning function and development value of play is an important part of the construction of game curriculum.Studies have shown that role play provide many possibilities for the development of children’s learning autonomy.Early childhood is a "critical period" for the development of learning autonomy,and it is also a "heyday" for the development of role play.The uniqueness of role play and the autonomy of learning are deeply integrated.Therefore,this research takes role play as the content of the course content and the development of learning autonomy as the curriculum goal.According to the principle of learning through play module,a role game course is designed,that is,the " learning program through role play module ",and the course experiment is used to test it’s effectiveness.This study adopts a single-group continuous test mode to design course experiments.According to the experimental conditions,a natural class(middle class)was randomly selected from Y kindergarten in Changsha to conduct an 8-week course experiment.There are 24 young children in the class,half of men and women.The " learning program through role play module " consists of 12 role play with 3 themes.According to the modular learning process,the course experiment is implemented in groups of play modules in the role play area.Use video-assisted technology to record the whole course experiment process,and use event sampling method to analyze the observation records to examine the specific performance of learning autonomy in role play;in the second,fourth,sixth and eighth weeks,according to the self-edited "Evaluation Index System for Children’s Learning Autonomy in Role Play " encodes and statistically analyzes children’s learning autonomy,and examines the development trend of learning autonomy.Research indicates:(1)The role play of the three themes in the " learning program through role play module " all reflect the various dimensions of learning autonomy to varying degrees;(2)The "learning program through role play module " promotes children’s learning autonomy and its various dimensions to varying degrees.Among them,the promotion effect is ranked from high to low,namely: planning,concentration,initiative,independence,creativity and reflection.Some useful enlightenments can be obtained from the curriculum experiment:(1)Kindergartens establish a correct game curriculum idea and give full play to the educational value of role play;(2)Teachers choose and design play activities reasonably to promote the development of children’s learning quality;(3)Teachers make reasonable use curriculum decision-making power to consciously guide children’s independent learning and self-development.Based on the role of role play in promoting the development of children’s learning autonomy,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)According to the development characteristics of children,the theme of role play is generated based on life experience;(2)The role of role play is fully recognized and the role play are fully utilized;(3)Be good at using the model of learning through play module to formulate role play plans to achieve the optimization of game courses.
