| Class rigidity of intergenerational income not only affects the stability of society,but also affects the fairness and efficiency of society.With the rapid development of society,people are more and more sensitive to class solidification.Due to the lack of social capital and human capital,low-income families often affect the next generation and the phenomenon of inter-generational transmission of poverty appears.Children from families with relatively good family background will have more educational resources and development opportunities before entering the society,and it is easier for them to obtain a higher development status after entering the society.For children from families with relatively poor family background,there is no basic fairness.So these problems also caused wide attention in academic circles,in the background need to be considered between the social capital,human capital of intergenerational income mobility,in order to alleviate the contradiction between the different classes,to prevent social unrest,this paper USES CGSS2017 database,using the theory of intergenerational income mobility,measure of intergenerational income mobility in China.From the towns and villages,the east and the west as a contrast,in gender,income,level of education,political affiliation,professional class,such as the different Angle of intergenerational income mobility differences between different groups in-depth analysis,the results show that at present the low level of intergenerational income mobility,Moreover,the differences between urban and rural areas and between regions are great,and human capital and social capital have a great impact on intergenerational income mobility.Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations,such as constructing correct class mobility system,changing the concept of class mobility,improving the unbalanced distribution of educational resources,improving the efficiency of public educational resources,promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and promoting fair employment. |
