| With the continuous progress of Internet technology,the combination of the education industry and the Internet is getting closer and closer.In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic,online learning has grown by leaps and bounds.However,the current research on e-learning in the design field only focuses on the functional needs of user learning but neglects the experiential needs of user learning.When learning is in a changeable network environment,users pay more and more attention to the learning experience,making it very important to research the design of the online learning experience.Based on the above reasons,this paper innovatively introduces persuasion theory into the experience design of online learning platforms,proposes the persuasive experience design model and strategy of the online learning platform,and improves the design practice level of practitioners of online learning platform design.This paper first studies the theory of persuasion and user experience related theory,and based on user research methods,analyzes the online learning platform user behaviour path and its stage of development,puts forward the online learning platform user behaviour process(“Motivating”-“Joining”-“Feeling”-“Receiving”-“Filling”).Moreover,explore the behavioural persuasion opportunities in users’ online learning platform experience to obtain user behaviour model of persuasive online learning platform.Secondly,based on the persuasion factor analysis,the Experience Three-factor Loop(Motivation factor loop-Ability factor loop-Trigger factor loop)of the online learning platform is derived,and the Three-factor Loop is matched with user behaviour model of persuasion online learning platform,and the experience model of persuasion online learning platform is generated.On this basis,a user experience design strategy of persuasive online learning platform is proposed.Thirdly,taking the Timing learning platform as the object,the theoretical model,design method and strategy proposed in this paper are applied to the experience optimization of the Timing platform,and an experience design scheme of the persuadable Timing learning platform is generated,which is tested and verified by users.Finally,the paper summarizes the relevant results of this research and puts forward the prospect of future design and research trends.This study extends the theoretical research methodology of online learning platform experience design in terms of theoretical significance.It enhances the research value of persuasion theory in the field of Internet education.In terms of practical significance,this study provides new design perspectives,design methods and design strategies for designers of online learning platforms.It promotes the development of a win-win value system for online learning platforms and platform users. |
