| The high-quality and balanced development of regional education is a trend in the development of compulsory education.In recent years,with the further deepening of urbanization in area D of Ordos,many local jobs can be created,which not only attracts many investors,but also makes a large number of migrant workers choose to work in the city to find corresponding jobs.The migrant population and rural working population gather in area D of Ordos on a large scale.With the development of urbanization,more and more children of investors,migrant workers and urbanized residents need to enter urban schools for study,resulting in an influx of a large number of newly added floating population in the city.At the same time,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the differences between regional economies,more and more parents will consider which school to send their children to.This imbalance has led many parents to "squeeze their heads" to let their children go to areas with high-quality educational resources.In order to cope with the surge in the number of students,Large class size will be adopted for class management and teaching.From the actual teaching results,large class teaching in primary school has many adverse effects on both students’ growth and teachers’ teaching work.Taking the primary school teaching in D District of Ordos as an example,this paper discusses the actual situation and characteristics of large class teaching,and analyzes some existing problems.This paper discusses the causes of large shift from the perspectives of external factors and internal factors.In order to deal with the governance of large classes,this paper suggests that we should give full play to the leading role of the government,increase financial support for the urban-rural fringe,raise relevant policies to the legal level,optimize the school layout structure,strengthen the construction of teachers,innovate the education model,explore small class education and adopt the model of famous schools running new schools.Improve the current educational environment as far as possible within the achievable scope and strive for the high-quality and balanced development of regional education. |
