In the development goal of sports power,our country actively promotes the transformation from sports power to sports power,and also attaches great importance to the physical quality of young people in our country.The early childhood stage is the embryonic stage of a person’s physical ability.The physical quality of this stage has a direct impact on the future physical development.In order to understand the present situation of 3-5-year-old children in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou,this study analyzes the physical health data.Objective: in the course of the study,this paper chooses the present situation of physical fitness of 3~5 years old children in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou as the object of study.It presents the specific physical fitness of 3~5 years old children in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou.Research method: This study adopts three methods: literature analysis,test method and logic analysis.The theoretical materials were collected through literature review,the physical health data were analyzed through EXCEL statistical software and SPSS22.0software in Microsoft office,and the causes were analyzed through logic analysis,and solutions were proposed.Conclusions:(1)Height and weight: The height of 3~5 years old children in Zheng Dong New District of Zhengzhou has reached the recommended level of the state.There is no gender difference between men and women at the age of 3(P=0.127),but the gender difference between men and women is obvious from the age of 4.It can be seen that the height of male children is obviously higher than that of female children.The weight of male children at the age of 3-5 is up to the national standard,but the weight of girls is not ideal.(2)Upper and lower limb strength: The subjects’ performance in standing long jump was relatively satisfactory,but boys’ performance was better than girls’.Grades decreased with age,both for boys and for girls;in upper limb strength evaluation,boys were more distant than girls at the age of 3~5.For boys,their average performance is rising with age.The average achievement of girls at the age of 3 and 4 is lower than the national recommended standard,and their upper limb strength has improved by the age of 5.(3)Flexibility and balance: the physical flexibility of girls is higher than that of boys at every age stage,and increases at the age of five,both boys and girls;at every time stage,boys take less time to pass the balance beam than girls,boys and girls boys and girls physical balance is improved with age.Both boys and girls got lower scores than the average,and the physical balance of 3-5-year-old children in Zheng Dong New District of Zhengzhou City did not reach the average level.(4)Coordination and agility: both boys and girls have achieved an average level of physical coordination and,as they grow older,boys are more physically coordinated and progress is more pronounced;girls at the age of 3 take more time to complete 10 metres×2 reentry than boys,but from the age of 4 girls can complete their tasks in a shorter time.The increase in girls’ performance was more pronounced,and the average score at the age of 3 was lower than that of boys,and there was a reversal at the age of 4 and 5.Research recommendations:(1)Optimizing the curriculum of physical education and health in kindergartens and actively improving teaching conditions: First of all,kindergarten physical education and health curriculum to increase the proportion of curriculum.Secondly,in the process of curriculum setting,to ensure the scientific and reasonable curriculum,so as to ensure that children will not be injured in the process of taking part in exercise.Finally,every year,the kindergarten should evaluate the setting of physical health curriculum,combine the specific physical health test data and specific evaluation to make another adjustment to ensure that the dynamic curriculum can meet the needs.At the same time,it also ensures the rationality of the curriculum.(2)Creating a good social atmosphere and orientation:In today’s social level,we should also create a positive social atmosphere,pay attention to the major areas of publicity to strengthen the importance of children’s physical quality propaganda.In the important festival day campus,the children’s interesting sports can be included in it,and through the development of parent-child activities or family activities,an important community platform can be set up for the children’s physical exercise.(3)Parents actively change their attitudes and lead by example:Parents should set an example,take part in physical exercise regularly,form good exercise habits and atmosphere,ensure their own health,but also provide opportunities for the formation of children’s good physical quality.Parents should actively participate in various types of physical health activities or related exercises organized by communities and kindergartens.And in the process of sports to guide their children to pay attention to the role of physical exercise.(4)Classification training for kindergartens to improve pertinence and accuracy :Kindergarten should pay attention to the development of classified training,for children of different genders and different ages,in addition to the differences in curriculum,but also according to their physical fitness test data targeted training,In order to improve the pertinence and accuracy of training,to ensure the effectiveness of children’s physical fitness.Secondly,we should pay attention to the evaluation of the training effect of children after one stage,and further optimize and adjust the rationality of the targeted training program through the comparison of data before and after.
