| Early childhood is the sensitive period of action development and the important stage of various potential development.Basic action skills are the basis for complex physical activities and sports activities.Therefore,the basic action skills are a recipient that children need to learn and master in the early days,and it is an important part of the development of children’s development.At present,the training forms of children’s basic action skills are rich and diverse,but it is mostly based on a certain sports project as the training content,and the lack of training in multiple projects.In this study,the physical fitness training of fusion of fitness exercises is used as a means of intervention,and 40 children aged 5-6 years old in Moima Kindergarten in Wanuo City,Taiyuan City are randomly selected as experimental groups and control groups.20 people in each group.Essence The experimental group adopts the design of the design of the design of the body to intervene to study its influence on the basic action skills of the 5-6 years old.On the one hand,enrich the theory of physical fitness training,supplement the content and methods of physical fitness training,and carry out corresponding practice;On the other hand,targeted intervention is given during the critical period of the quality of children’s various quality,and the basic action skills necessary for children’s motion ability are developed.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the results showed that(1)There were no significant differences in the experimental group and the control group as a whole(P>0.05).From the perspective of gender,the mobile skills of men and women have developed rapidly relative to control skills;from the perspective of action skills,except for the significant differences(P <0.05),the rest are no significant differences(P> 0.05);(2)After the experimental group and the control group,from the gender perspective,female children have no significant differences in one-foot jump,one-handed ball,playing fixed ball,and low-handed balls(P> 0.05).There are significant differences(P<0.05);from the perspective of action skills,there are significant differences in mobile skills and control skills(P <0.05);Significant differences(P <0.05),there is no significant difference in the control group running,running jumping,taking the ball,and playing pitching in both hands(P> 0.05),and the rest are significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Physical fitness training integrating calisthenics exercise content can improve the basic motor skills level of 5-6-year-old children better than conventional physical fitness courses,and promote the mobile motor skills and manipulative motor skills of 5-6-year-old children.(2)From the perspective of action skills,the average score of the overall moving skill before the experiment was 26.405,the average score of the control skill was 25.215,the average score of the mobile skill after the experiment was 38.9,the average score of the control skill was 36.15,and the mobile skill score was2.75 higher than the control skill score.It can be seen that the development of mobile motor skills of 5-6 years old children in the experiment is better than that of control motor skills.In terms of gender,boys’ motor skills(39.32 for boys,36.74 for manoeuvres)developed faster than for girls(38.48 for movement skills and 38.58 for manoeuvres).(3)The integration of calisthenics practice content into physical fitness training is effective and feasible for the improvement of basic motor skills of 5-6-year-old children. |
