A Probe Into The Feasible Paths For The Transformation Of Social Work Organizations Into Social Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's economy,social issues have become increasingly diverse.As a part of social organization,social work organizations,with their unique methods and methods in solving social problems and providing social services,have become an important force in social governance and have been valued by the government.However,in the process of seeking stable survival and sustainable development of the organization,it is also faced with the problems of limited development space and insufficient self-hematopoietic ability.In recent years,social enterprises have entered the field of public welfare,which has enriched the providers of social services.Their innovative solutions to social problems and their ability to sustainably obtain resources have attracted the attention of all parties in the society.Under this trend,some regions in China began to explore social enterprises as a new direction for the development of social organizations.In this regard,it provides a direction for social work organizations to crack the status quo of the organization,seek diversified development,and achieve institutional stability.This research first analyzes the development status and dilemma of social work organizations in my country,and then combs the experience of foreign non-profit organizations in developing social enterprises,in order to provide empirical enlightenment for my country's social work organizations to break through the current development status.Secondly,take Chengdu TM social work organization as an example to study,analyze the transformation motivation,development process,achievements and difficulties faced as the first batch of social enterprises in Chengdu.Finally,based on the development status of China's social work organizations and the real difficulties reflected by the organization,it proposes relevant suggestions for promoting the transformation and development of social work organizations from the three levels of government,organization and society,with a view to providing ideas for the innovative development path of social work organizations,The exploration of the transformation of organizations into social enterprises is helpful.
